Chapter 4.

The next day I went to school. Everyone was worried to death and had thought I had died. But, like any other respectful person, I just said "I'm fine, no worries." Smiled, then moved on, when really I just wanted to stab them in the fucking throat just so they could get out of my business.

When the bell rang, I went to lunch. I grabbed a chef salad, some ranch, and a bottle of water, as if I was on a diet.

I wish that nothing ever happened with me and JC. I wouldn't have to leave school, or get that creepy text from Lia.

3/4ths of the Fab Four came up to me at lunch, wondering if I was okay.

"Jenn! Where were you yesterday? We were worried sick about you." Rebecca said.

"I'm fine. No worries." I said. I literally memorized that sentence now.

"I thought you were dead." Andrew shrugged. Of course he would think that.

"I thought that you were sick." Half of what Rebecca said was true. I was sick. Sick of all of the bullshit that keeps on happening to me.

"I thought that you were pregnant." Anthony shrugged.

"ANTHONY!" Rebecca hit Anthony's shoulder.

"OW! Excuse you! Rude." Anthony scoffed.

"No, it's fine. I was sick. That's all."

"So you are pregnant. I told you all!"

"ANTHONY. One more time, and I will kill you." Rebecca gave Anthony the death stare, which I would've done too.

"I'm not pregnant! You guys know I'm still a... gin-vir.." I whispered to them.

"Gin-vir...?" Anthony gasped. "JENN YOURE A VIRGIN?!"

"ANTHONY. LEAVE THE TABLE. NOW."

"Damn. I was just asking. You act like I asked her did she have an STD."

"LEAVE!"

Anthony groaned and grabbed his lunch tray and went to another table.

"Andrew, can you please go with him? I need to talk to Jenn alone." Rebecca begged.

"Why? What did I do? I just said that I thought she was dead." Andrew took a bite out of his sandwich.

Rebecca went through her purse and gave Andrew a $10 bill.

Andrew snatched the money, and yelled "ANTHONY, WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU?"

"Now, I know that you're lying, Jenn. You weren't really sick. What's going on?"

"I was sick, that's all. I'm fine, Rebecca." I told her, even though I wasn't fine at all.

"I know when you're lying, Jenn. First, your eye was twitching. Then, you raised your eyebrows. Then you bit your lip. 3 signs that YOU'RE LYING.

"Damn. You should be a detective." I said as I tried to change the subject.

"Thanks, I watch a lot of CSI, so- wait, don't try to change the subject!"

"Ok. So here's the thing. You know how I told you how I liked JC for 6 months?"

"Yeah.."

"Well, I went to his locker and I asked him out yesterday and my hair got stuck in his locker, so it was really embarrassing and then, he got my hair out and I said thanks and he said no problem and he smiled, and you know how much I love, and I mean LOVE his smile, so then, I asked him out but I was stuttering and that was embarrassing too, and then, I think he was about to say yes, but he paused, and I thought that I had something in my teeth, or that my hair was still tangled, so I was very, VERY nervous, then that whore bitch ass crazy slut LIA came and kissed JC on the cheek, and then JC said that Lia asked him last night and then, I was in a bathroom stall for 30 minutes and then, Andrea told the principal that I was sick, so she drove me to Taco Bell and then, I got this creepy text that said 'WATCH OUT, JENNXPENN.' And I knew it was from Lia, and then, I made Andrea drop her chalupa."

"Wait wait wait, pause. You guys went to Taco Bell?! WITHOUT ME?!"

"THAT'S NOT THE DAMN POINT!"

"I'm sorry, Jenn. Maybe you'll find another cute boy."

"Maybe someday..."

5 minutes later, Anthony came up to me.

"I still think you're pregnant."

"I'm not pregnant."

"Yes you are."

"No I'm not."

"Why did you just take a bite out of your salad?"

"Because I'm hungry!"

"Don't sass me!"

"I'm not sassing you!"

"Yes you are!"

"No I'm not!"

"You know, pregnant woman have a lot of mood changes and I still think-"

"ANTHONY!"

This took me like 3 days to write ugh.
