Destinys POV

"Okay. Listen to me." I say raising my hands to the pack that had gathered at my command.

"I have an advantage over the benzri. I know you are all skeptical about me screwing up everything like the past. But I have been given an element of fire."

Snorts and rolling of eyes were visible.

I shift in seconds and control the heat rolling off of my fur.

The pack stumbles away from me as I breath open my mouth, showing my glowing mouth.

I shift back and cross my arms showing I had clothes on.

"Why should we trust you?" one asks

"She is a rogue!"

A growl so loud shuts everyone up.

I look to Jason's father and nod in appreciation.

"Now, I realize that me, having this advantage, angers you. I have found a way for you to fight the rogues."

I bring out a blue hilted dagger and a sword and set them ablaze.

"Ash?" I call out to my mates beta.

He takes the dagger and the pack gasps.

"But I have another option for those of you who have to shift. Jace?" I ask

He goes to me and holds out his hands.

I place mine over his and transfer my heat to him.

He shifts into his wolf and the pack does nothing.

"I can give few people this ability. But I need to stay far away from those of you who do have it. When I come in contact, you could be injured." I warn

"Our expectations for the hoard of rogues is tomorrow. We will eat, and rest. Me and my betas will guard. Rest safety. Dismissed." Jason says

The pack goes into the kitchen to eat and I sit down.

"You did great!" Jason's mom comments to me trying to give me a hug

I step away wary.

"I will burn you." I say

She smiles anyways and hands me a plate of pasta.

"I know stressful it is to eat in front of an angry pack. Get some sleep dear." She says

"Thanks."

Sleep hadn't even happened.

The sun had already risen and we were up to eat.

My heart stopped when Jace ran into the room with a look of fear in his eyes.

It was time.

Time was a blue as I transfer my heat to the weapons and the betas.

Before I knew it, I was running far from the pack house.

'I love you.' I said through the link to Jason

'Love you too babe.'

I sit by the waterfall waiting for the hoard of rogues.

The leaves begin to sizzle from a rogue appearing in front of me.

"Hello destiny!" he greets me

I growl and pull out my dagger.

"Get you coward ass over her so I can kick your ass!" I sneer

His face sneers and fires exists his burning body.
