Most youtubers have days that they upload. Whether its a weekday or weekend you have to stick to that day. If you tell your viewers your posting on a certain day you have to do that.
Or you can post anytime that week but don't tell your viewers that your uploading a certain day that week every week you have to make sure you are going to always post that day.
Vlogs can be posted Daily, weekly or a few times a week, whenever as well as normal videos. As long as you dont tell your viewers a certain day.
Dont keep promises that can't be kept.
