Five years after the events of Amy's attack on Hansbury High, Victoria Lambert has joined the police force to protect her home town, Hansbury, in Illinois. She is reminded everyday of her past, but she chooses to stay strong for not only the one's that have passed away, but her herself. What are the threats that she will now face? How will she stop them? Most importantly...Is this the end of it all?

(Chapter 1:)

Victoria is sitting on a chair on a patio, while she is watching her boyfriend, James, as flames rise from the corner of her eyes, as she looks towards the fire she sees James flipping burgers and the grease is feeding the fire. She can see people around her, chatting away as they take sips of alcohol. The noise around her starts to make her uncomfortable, so she gets up and walks inside. She can feel her legs peel off of the hot chair as it is humid outside. As she walks inside the house, she passes by crowds that are laughing like hyenas. Victoria pushes through everyone as she makes her way to her room. A man's face is so red with laughter she could of swore that that all of the blood had rushed straight up to his head. She enters her room and quickly walks to her drawer, that is beside her bed. She opens the drawer and sees an orange bottle, full of pills.

With a lot of force, the bottle breaks from firmly stressing to open the bottle, pills all over her dresser and some scramble onto her floor. She yells as the cap cuts her hand, leaving a deep cut to where her flesh is showing. She can see blood dripping off of her hand, seeing the inside of it. The pain in her hand increases more and more as she examines it.

"Son of a bitch." She says with a grin on her face.

She then sets the bottle onto the drawer and grabs a bandage out of a first aid kit that she had gotten from the police station. It wraps around her hand almost entirely, protecting the wound. She puts the first aid kit back in the drawer and grabs the pills again. James knocks on the door loudly enough to get her attention.

"Knock Knock." James says as he is holding a can of beer in his hand.

She stares at him and smiles. He smiles back at her and walks into the room and sits down next to her. They both sit there, quietly as he takes a drink of his beer.

"Is your anxiety acting up again?" James says, concerned.

She places her hand on his hand and smiles at him.

"I know that being around too many people gives you anxiety, but you need to have fun. We haven't had a party in a very long time and I just want you to enjoy this type of stuff." He explains as she sighs.

"I just don't know most of these people, James. It's hard sometimes and you need to understand that." She places her head on his shoulder.

He doesn't say a word, but leans his head onto hers. He can feel that her head is very hot as his cold forehead lands on hers. Moments later, he lifts up his head and they gaze into each other's eyes.

"I'm okay. Don't worry about me. Alright?" She whispers to him while he let's her hand go.

He slightly nods and he walks towards the door. She watches his slick hair, slightly from the fan from above. She turns back at the bottle and grabs it.

She walks out of the room and sees dozens of people, partying it up. James then comes through the sliding door, holding a cake with candles on it. Victoria stares at James as he smiles at her. He places the cake on the wooden diner table. Everyone begins to walk towards the table, taking out their phones.

"Honey. could you come here please?" James yells because everyone in the room is too loud.

Victoria nervously walks towards the table as everyone is watching her, smiling. She stands in front of the cake and turns to James, who is standing next to her, placing his hands on her back.
