Chapter 17- I Wished This Day Would Never Come.

Nathan's POV: 

Okay, so I'm tied up. I'm sitting next to this girl no idea of her name, but to be truthful? All I could think about was Ray! I couldn't help but cry, she was my best friend. Been with me through thick and thin, she knew everything about me. I knew everything about her. What am I saying! I still do know everything because she's still alive, I know she is. The girl who was sat next to me just looked at me, she seemed to recognise me, suddenly it clicked! Ray had mentioned her best friend Chloe? Was this her?! Wait? Suddenly it clicked! We both were close to Ray,! I could see she understood I knew who she was. A man started walking over, oh god he was holding a gun! Sugar! Please don't say he was going to kill us? Why would he? I still couldn't help but cry thinking about Ray! You should of seen the amount of blood, it was horrific. Wait? Why was she bleeding in the first place? I knew she had hurt herself, I saw her limping. But I never realised how serious it was! Why on earth didn't she tell me? Oh gosh my tears were now flooding out, *SLAP* ow! The man who just walked over slapped me? What the hell! 

Man 1: 'Oi, stop crying! Such a whimp! Ray never cried like this? Wonder what she saw in this one?' 

Wait...what are they going on about!? What do they mean 'Ray never cried like this?' And 'Wonder what she saw in this one?' Firstly HOW THE HELL DO THEY KNOW RAY! Secondly? She saw something in me?! Another man walked over and started whispering to the other one.....what were they talking about? 

Man 1: 'Right? If you want we will ungag you! Few conditions first, no screaming, organising escape or anything like that! Nod your heads if you agree!' 

I looked at who I thought was Chloe and we both nodded. He ungaged us.... 

Nathan: 'Thank you,' 

I was still crying.... 

Chloe: 'Nathan right? Are you okay?' 

Man 1: 'Dude? Listen to me! What's up coz my boys don't like crying.....' 

Nathan: 'I just want to know if my best friends okay, when you guys took me I was going to be going to the hospital! I want to be next to her!' 

Chloe: 'Awwwwww, Nathan I'm sure she'll be fine okay?!' 

Man 1: 'How about we make a deal? You can go see Ray.....' 

He got cut off by Chloe. 

Chloe: 'WAIT DID YOU SAY RAY.......' 

Elysia's POV: 

This was my time, I always wished this day would NEVER come....so? Ray had just arrived at the hospital and had gone into surgery. They always said the best, eventually have to fall and die, they can't go on forever. Maybe this was her time? Even if it was, or wasn't we would do her proud and do their jobs. I got 2 messages. One from Holly, the other one from a blocked source. 

To: Elysia 

From: Holly 

Lis, we'll be in the car park soon, with clothes and everything else, we just picked up the boxes from our old place. Be ready! 

H, T&El xxx 

They had texted me with Lis, it meant another job...Okay, so all the girls are together, well apart from Ray. It didn't feel right doing this? Without her! The other text started off 

To: Elysia 

From: - 

Lis, yes its me. We've got 2 more jobs for you girls and your team, then that shall be all....meet me in the training ground. 

Oh gosh! 2 more? It felt bad saying that! We had been doing this for nearly 6 years........and now? 2 more to go. *SCREACHHHH* sounded like the car, oh it was. 

Holly: 'Get in!' 

I hopped in, Holly handed out our boxes. It felt weird opening them again, its been almost 6 months since our last job. We thought it was all over then. Obviously not, we took out our clothes, and got changed in the car. Couldn't quite believe they still fitted! As we all got changed I just glanced over to Ray's box. I put my hand on top and hinted to the girls to do the same, we said the chant. 

Lis, El, T, H: 'All fighters young and old, 

All soilders strong and bold, 

We are here as one, 

We will come back as a whole, 

Let the sun shine in our hearts, 

Let them beat with the wind,

As we all said it we all bowed our heads and thought of Ray. This is how we first got our tattoos, 'Let the sun shine in our hearts,' it was special to us. Every time before our jobs we would hold our wrists and say it. We had to do this, for Nathan and Chloe. For Ray! Off we went.....
