Walking into my bedroom, my body instantly relaxed from my long day. Unfortunately the hornets lost, but looking on the bright side I met a beautiful woman and got her number. Dianna
Speaking of Dianna I was thinking if I should shoot her a text. Then again I don't want to seem desperate. I had to admit the feeling of commitment was eating me up on the inside. I have never wanted to be with anyone because I didn't want to get played or become overly stressed due to making sure my lover is satisfied. I promised myself that if I would to ever meet that special lady to lover her and cherish her, with hopes she returns the same energy. Fair companionship
Staring down at my phone I kept debating whether to text her or not. Shit I'm grown, but she has me feeling like a little ass boy.
" Yo Chris get it together son." I muttered to myself
Deciding to send something. I let my mind talk and had my thumbs to translate. When I was done and satisfied with what I type, I sent it. The anxiety quickly left my body making it easier for me to continue on about my nightly routine.
Undressing out of my clothes and walking into my bathroom. I started the shower, stepping in and let the hot water run along every part of my body. Taking the towel and my soap I calmly lathered myself into what I like to call " a grown man piece of mind"
I would take this time to recap my day and plan for the next. My mind drifted to earlier at work, my assistant pissed me the fuck off man. I was expecting a very important phone call today, so I told my assistant she was to inform me when the person called. Come to find out she was nowhere to be found when the person call. That phone call was going to help me gain financial support for my business and expand it, and now I don't know if the people will ever call back or give me another chance.
To top everything off, my favorite basketball team lose their last game. That was supposed to be my get away from a long rough day at work. Shit is just not working out right for me at this point. Well it wasn't working out for me until I met Dianna, it was just something about her that had me instantly hooked. The way she was eyeing a brotha tells me I had her undivided attention.
I hate that she has me hooked already, and I know how I can get when I'm attracted to someone. Hearing my phone ring I peeked out at the caller ID seeing it was Martin.
" Yo wassup" I answered
He must have been busy with something because there was a lot of shuffling going on.
