*Stay high starts playing* "first day of 8th grade bleh" I said rubbing my eyes. I hopped out of bed and went to the bathroom to wash my face. I headed downstair for some breakfast "mmm smells good mom"! I said smiling "thanks Taylor" my mom said hugging me "my favorite pancakes and chai tea" is said sitting down while my mom served me. I gouged down my meal as fast as I could, I went back upstairs to my vanity I put on my make up, I threw on my outfit I picked out the night before a gray crop top with a black high waisted circle skirt and some brown combat boot with maroon socks, I tied my hair in a side pony tail.
I arrived at school I saw some of my friends "hey old people"! I said in a joking voice "hi Tay"! Selena said squeezing me "oh hai Tay" Alli said smiling "hi Alli" I said pushing Selena off "have you seen Peyton yet"? alli said grinning "shut up, I haven't" I said giggling "Well turn around because here he comes" she said laughing I turned around and my heart dropped. He smiled at me, I smiled back, as he walked past me I was mesmerized. "you should talk to him" Selena said "me talk to him, no way that's bad" I said nervously "why, it's so easy" Alli said laughing "just forget it" I said as the bell rang and we all walked to class.
Break started and I sat there thinking then I heard a voice "hey how was your summer"? I turned around it was... Peyton "who me"? I said looking lost "yes I'm looking at you" Peyton said laughing "oh well it was fine, how about yours"? I asked smiling "oh well mine was great" he said sitting next to me "why are talking to me"? I asked frazzled "why not" he said grinning I blushed like crazy "well I'll see you around blusher" he said laughing, I giggled and waved.
Lunch started "hey you"! Peyton said coming up behind me "oh hey stranger" I said smiling "here let me hold that" he said grabbing my food "oh thanks" I said blushing again "oh you little blusher" he said laughing "I am not blushing" I said playfully punching his arm.
We sat down together and talked the whole time, I had a blast
