Life is short many people would say; Too short for our dreams and too short to know the other interesting things there is in the world we are living in. People would pay any price just to extend the life they have but sadly it was never impossible until a group of people started to make it surprisingly possible. A secret alliance called Agnus Dei which was an assembly of all the powerful people in whole world had come up with the greatest plan for mankind- the Life Extension Expansion Project. They have gathered all the greatest scientists all over the countries to start researching. There were a series of experiments made and also a lot of failure at first until they reached the greatest discovery ever. A researcher had discovered “Voltinia Dramba” a butterfly from ancient times which was found at the heart of antartica. This researcher is Dr. Fredrick Rufus. He had found this magnificent creature while he was in there. When he caught it, he immediately did his research. It showed that it had been living for almost 90 million years, much older than the Dinosaurs. There was something about it that made it live for so long. It seemed like it was destiny for him to find it; the answer to all their years of hard work. The research team used Dr. Rufus’ discovery and eventually made XENOGEN-a good bacteria that would eat all the (). It was all ready to show the world their discovery. When it was about to be distributed, Dr. Rufus stopped them because when he further researched about it it showed that it was still unstable and that it will only reverse the effect of its purpose but the organization did not believe him because they thought he was only bluffing so that he can have it all for himself. One of the most trusted people in the organization Professor Korben assured them that the experimentation of the XENOGEN was all affirmative. He was also the one who had told them that Dr. Rufus was not to be trusted. Dr. Korben had always envied him that’s why he ruined Dr. Rufus’ reputation to them. Dr. Rufus was dismayed. He knew that after 10 or 25 years, the XENOGEN would only destroy the balance of life which will let the society to collapse or much worst, extinction. Some of his team believed him so they went to him and asked what to do since the virus was already in the hands of Agnus Dei. He said that one of the components of the antidote involves new cells which can only be found from new born babies. They ran a series of tests to find the perfect antidote. They made 5 experiments for 6 years. Dr. Rufus called them HUMANUCS-new life from the test tube. 4 were all rejected until they found it on the 5th humanuc. It was the only type that had the right balance of everything Dr. Rufus needed. The CHRONOS which was a type of blood that is immune to all viruses, the type of blood that this humanuc possesses. The antidote was a success but unfortunately there was a spy in his group that’s why when he finished his discovery the 5th humanuc was taken away. What the spy didn’t know that Dr. Rufus had other new discoveries during the research. The 4 rejected humanucs has their own specialties. He created a necklace and hid all the information in there. He gave it to his only daughter Lauren. Soon the organization knew that there was something more of his discovery but Dr. Rufus refused to tell them because he feared that they would only abuse it. So he was killed right in his lab while his daughter was hiding in her cabinet helplessly watching his father die in front of her. Dr. Rufus hid her there with the necklace and told her not to go out no matter what because she had a mission she should fulfill in the near future. So she just did what she was told while everything just fell apart in front of her.
