You felt like you were taking your child to their day care. You were holding on to Katie making sure she wouldn't pass out. You were giddy yourself. Freddie Flipping Mercury OMG. In person! You couldn't believe that you had the opportunity to see them live you! But you knew despite everything you didn't belong here in this time. You were a bottle of mixed emotions. You were excited yet worried and confused. But you had to hold your composer, you couldn't let your friends think you were worried. Not with Katie in the state she was in. You were walking when you're glasses fell off your face. Some one accidentally stepped on them "great" You said bending over to get them but you bumped your head against someone else's. "Sorry" the person said you recognize it was a males voice high pitched. You smile at them their features blurry. You could tell he had long dark hair and pale skin but that was about it. "It's fine" you said. "No now you can't see" he said "with your looks maybe that's a good thing" another voice said, also male. This guy's features were also blurry all you could tell was he was closer to your height and had long blonde hair. "Shut it Blondie" the other guy said you laughed. "At least get her a drink John" the blonde said "oh Angie! " The blonde said walking off. John shook his head "sorry about him, but would you like a drink". You smiled "sure". You spoke with him a bit he was actually fun to talk to. He was very laid back and easy to get to know. "I'm going to college for (your career)" you said. He nodded, "what about you" you asked. "Oh it's nothing to exciting I went to college at chelsea in London for electronics". You nodded "oh my father got a degree in the same field course he fixes cars now". He nodded "sorry I'm not good at conversation I don't know anything about electronics" you added. He smiled "it's fine I don't know anything about (your career)". You smiled. "What brings you here I've never seen you before" John asked. You blushed you didn't want to lie to him but you couldn't freak him out with the truth either. "I'm not from here my friends dragged me along here" you said simply and it wasn't a lie technically. You weren't from this time and your friends did drag you here. "Who's your friends" he asked. "Why? Interested their both taken" you nudged him "I'm kidding I can't really see but by her dance moves the one over there dancing like a bat out of hell with short hair is Katie. The girl beside her with shoulder length black curly hair is elexis I think" you said. He laughed at your last part. "What brings a sweet guy like you here John?" You said he blushed "I'm in a band". "Oh that's cool" you said. "Not really I'm just the bassist" he said. "Oh none sense Paul mccartney was just a bassist too". You said. He laughed "I'm serious, I wish I was in a band...if I was in a band I'd sing course I can't play any instruments well I can play piano" you said. "That's cool I wish I could play piano" he said."I could teach you bass" John offered. You smiled "really! That would be so cool!". John smiled at your excitement. "Well there you are darling" a voice said you recognized it admittedly you froze. "And who do we have here". You smile shyly "y/n". You could see the man smile. "Nice to meet you darling be nice to our bassist will you darling" he said before he ordered a drink. You nodded then he leaned over whispered something in John ear and left.
