My Baby~Verkwan

~Chapter Seven~

 After a good night's sleep everyone was a lot more relaxed except Seungkwan. He didn't get a good night's sleep. He was still scared of what happened last night at Vernon's house.

 Seungkwan slowly got out of his bed and made his way downstairs. He could smell food so there had to be someone in the kitchen. He thought it would be Jeonghan since he's the best cook in the house, but boy was he wrong.

 When he stepped into the kitchen he saw Vernon. Vernon was making blueberry pancakes which was Seungkwans favourite. The table was set for just two people and there was two nicely wrapped presents on the counter.

 Seungkwan gasped quietly, looking around the kitchen.

 “ I’m making your favourite. Sit down it will be done in a minute.” Vernon smiled, looking at Seungkwan. Seungkwan nodded and sat down at the table.

 “This is really nice.” Seungkwan spoke quietly.

 “It’s all part of my apology for what happened last night. I'm really sorry that happened baby. He’s not a good person at all. He started throwing things and I was yelling. I'm sorry if I scared you” Vernon said all in one breath.

 “It’s fine, I was more scared of you getting hurt by him than anything else”

 “I got the presents from my mom that you were going to get last night, and I also bought you somethings but you’ll get that after everything else” Seungkwan nodded a bit.

 Vernon brought the pancakes over to the table along with whipped cream, chocolate sauce and various kinds of fruits cut up into small pieces.

 Seungkwan bounced in his seat, he loved Vernons blueberry pancakes. Especially when he covers them in chocolate and whipped cream.

 “Thank you daddy! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!” Seungkwan cheered

 Vernon smiled brightly “Anything for you baby, anything for you “

 Seungkwan and Vernon ate, happily chatting as they did. You could hear the excitement in Seungkwan's voice raise as he got closer to finishing.

 Once his plate was empty he threw his arms up in the air, cheering quietly. Vernon chuckled a bit before cheering with him.

 “Okay, now seriously, presents “ Seungkwan tried to pull off a serious face but ended up laughing instead.

 “ Okay Okay “ Vernon stood up, going to get the presents. He brought them over,  setting them down in front of Seungkwan.

 Seungkwan clapped loudly, bouncing in his chair.

 “Open them baby “ Vernon sat back down.

 Seungkwan has never opened two presents so fast in his entire life.

 Inside the first box there was a fuzzy blanket and a stuffed animal. Let me tell you that blanket would be going everywhere with Seungkwan.

 After he opened the first box,Vernon handed him the second box. Seungkwan wasted no time opening the second box.

 Inside the second box was a set of four pacifiers, two pairs of thigh high socks with lace on the top, an oversized pink sweater that said little cutie, and a few sippy cups.

 Seungkwan squealed quietly, super happy now and last night was completely forgotten.

 Now all that was left was the present Vernon said he got Seungkwan. Too bad for Seungkwan, he wouldn't be getting that until later in the night.

 “Okay baby, go get dressed. You and I are going out with Dokyeom and Joshua for a little bit. They want you to sing with them for a small audience.”

 Seungkwan hesitantly stood up, nervous to perform in front of a crowd. He turned and made his way upstairs.

 Since he was performing in front of a crowd he had to look good. That meant picking out many outfits until he found the right one.

 After trying on six outfits Seungkwan decided on one. He was going to wear a pair of tight ripped blue jeans, an oversized light blue sweater, and white converse. He put on a little makeup and did his hair before going back downstairs.

 Vernon was just finishing up the dishes. He had music playing from his phone and was humming along. He had decided that not leaving a mess for Jeonghan to clean up was the best idea.

 Seungkwan stood behind Vernon, watching him as he dried the last few dishes and put them away. He was content just watching Vernon. He was calm.

 Once Vernon finished up the dishes he turned off the music and turned to Seungkwan.

 “Ready to go?” Seungkwan nodded, turning and waddling out to the door. His jeans were a bit too tight but he knew they showed off his ass and he knew Vernon would like that.

 Vernon tried not to look as Seungkwan left. He didn’t want to get all worked up before leaving. He quietly walked out of the kitchen and to the front door. He put his shoes on and held his hand out to Seungkwan, phone and keys in his pocket. Seungkwan took his hand, a small smile on his face.

 The two made their way out to Vernons car. It was nice out. The temperature was just right and Seungkwan loved it. He thought he looked great in sweaters and in the mornings it’s just right.

 They both got into the car, Seungkwan would have prefered to walk with how nice it is.

 “Daddy, did they tell you what song we’re going to sing?”

 Vernon shook his head “they said it’s a surprise but you know the song by heart, so you won’t need practice”

 Seungkwan nodded turning his head to watch out the window as they drove. He watched as people walked to work, and as kids happily walked down the sidewalk with their parents. He loved seeing all the happy faces on the street. In the winter it’s rare to see that, so he prefers the summer.

 Vernon had a small smile on his face, he knew how much Seungkwan liked seeing people happy. He drove slower than usual just so Seungkwan could see the happy faces longer. He loved seeing his baby this way.

 Recently Seungkwan hasn’t been that happy and it's making everyone else sad. Vernon just wants the best for his baby boy.
