Claire's Point of view~

I feel like I don't belong. All of them seem to know each other for a very long time. I'm used to this kind of fancy events but now I don't feel right.

Everything here is pink and gray. I heard his sister doesn't like these colors but what happened here?.

"Are you alright?". I heard
Alexander.

"I'm fine". I gave him a ressuring smile.

"You got a beautiful necklace by the way. Where did you get that?". He asked. His smiling but you can see confusion in it.

"I--I.." I didn't get to finish when..

The lights suddenly went off. Lanterns from the grand staircase lit up. I'm flabbergasted by the lady stepping down. Her dress is glowing. Literally. And her dress gave enough light so her face could be seen.

When she reached the stage the lights turned back on. It was a cocktail dress but it was long on the back. It's white, perfect because she's the only one wearing the color.

"She's beautiful". I whispered to myself.

"She really is". I glanced at their father, he heard what I said.

I gave my gaze back to Ji-eun. She's breath taking.

"We look alike right?".

"No. There's a big difference Alexander. She's a godess while you're a monster". His grin got wider.

"An alluring monster". His eyebrows wriggled.

"Ew. Sehun. Ew--"

He's staring at me and I'm trapped. His eyes are mesmerizing. Full of emotion and so deep like the ocean. Just like my feelings getting deeper each moment.

I'm already drowning and if I go any deeper then God know's I can't even swim back.

Sehun. Please tell me the reason why you're acting like this. Because I'm hoping that our feelings are mutual or Maybe I'm the only one who gave his actions meanings.

I want to tell him straight in the face. Confront him.

Irene caught my eye. When she saw me looking at her she faced somewhere else. I saw how she looked at us.

"I didn't hear you Alexander". I immediently broke my gaze.

"Are y--".

"I'm fine".

The celebration started. There was a speaker on front and later on food was already served.

"I'm so glad you came". Abigail wrapped her arms around me.

"I wouldn't miss it".

"Please enjoy yourself". She left entertaining the other guests.

I remained silent while eating. Alexander's dad was talking about something. All of them seemed to laugh but I couldn't.

"Claire?"

"Huh?". I flinched. "What's the problem Mr. Scott?".

"You're to formal". He laughed "What seems to be the problem dear?. You were spacing out all the time?"
