A couple of weeks have gone by since the mission to the Land of Water. The Zannen have become restless as there have been no leads regarding the Gem Gate Key that will get them home. There also has not been any major activity or missions for the Zannen. So much time has passed since the Zannen have arrived in the Shinobi World of Naruto that the Zannen have no choice, but to immerse themselves in the Leaf village. Some have landed jobs and apprenticeships. Some have been taken in by Clans. One Zannen in particular has not been able to find anything that would keep him busy.
Hey Nick wanna hang out?,...says Gerard
Oh man,..."G" I'm sorry, but the Hokage asked me to do some errands,...
It's cool mon!,...I'm good!,..Chimes in Gerard with a carribbean accent before Nick can finish.
Gerard walks off into the leaf alone with nothing to do.
THERE!,...There's one of them!,...says a voice behind Gerard
You talkin' to me?,..responds Gerard.
It's a couple of leaf Genin
Yeah!,..Hey you outworlder,...I hear you guys are powerful! I'm preparing for the Chunin exams and I need a strong sparring partner!
No Thanks!,... responds Gerard as he begins to walk away
The other Genin chides
Tssk!,...Don't waste your time Piko they're all power and no ability anyway!
Power is Power!,replies Piko..C'mon Zannen, what do you say?
O.K., but let's keep it simple, I don't wanna hurt anybody!
Uh?,..Yeah!,..cool!,... responds the anxious Genin Piko
They stand ready to face off in the Konoha Arena
The Genin with the anxious Piko says:
Ready!?,...FIGHT!
Gerard begins to move about doing handsigns, while the young anxious Piko throws a barrage of Kunai and Shuriken to which Gerard Sends up a mudwall to block it.,...but before Gerard can see where Piko is,..he is coming through the mudwall and rocks Gerard with a kick to the chest. Piko continues and swings on Gerard, but misses,..Gerard responds with a mudslide-Piko poofs away. It was a clone! Standing not to far from Gerard is his opponent taunting him.
This is pathetic,..is this all you got!? sighs Piko
I got something new just for you,... says Gerard(doing handsigns),..and this is the perfect opportunity to try it out!
In the stands an elderly man has appeared watching. Gerard's hands begin to sparkle and glisten. Piko looks on with concern. Gerard noticeably has readied his jutsu and charges at the Genin
Too easy!,...TAKE THESE!,...says the anxious Piko
Seriously!?,..you gotta be kidding me!,..taunts Piko's friend from the sidelines
Gerard has horribly telegraphed his new jutsu. Piko has not only shot mini-water prison jutsu at Gerard's hands, but also his feet. Gerard's jutsu is stopped and he slides face first in the gravel coming to a stop right at the Genin Piko's feet.
Oh my goodness the Zannen are GARBAGE!,..proclaims Piko out loud.,...Let's go get something to eat, then find a decent jonin to train with. haahahahaha
They walk off laughing smuggishly leaving Gerard still laying face-down in the gravel. Then suddenly a voice from way up in the stands.
