How You Met

Derek- Dr. (Y/N) (L/N) started her residency at Mercy West. After the hospital merger with Seattle Grace and Mercy West, (Y/N) was desperate to log OR hours. One night while she was on-call she admitted an incoming trauma from a car accident. The patient had a depressed skull fracture along with a dislocated shoulder. While working with Dr. Torres to fix the patients shoulder, (Y/N) paged Derek for a consult on the depressed skull fracture.

Alex-  The hospital flew you in from John Hopkins for a consult on one of Alex's pediatric patients. Your plane was delayed and didn't get into Seattle until 3 am. The hospital told you they would send an intern to escort you. You sighed knowing the intern wouldn't be here anymore. Tiredly you walked out of the terminal and over to baggage claim. Once you had your suitcase and tote all straightened out you looked around, there was one man sitting on the seats. You walked by and the man stood up, "Are you Dr. (L/N)?" You nodded. He continued, "I'm Dr. Karev, that lousy intern decided to go home so your stuck with me tonight."

Mark- Before your first day of work as a pediatric fellow at Seattle Grace Mercy West Hospital, you decided to go get a drink at Joe's to calm your nerves. You sat down at the bar and ordered a single malt scotch. You heard a chuckle coming from the corner of the bar. A man stood up and walked over, "Nice choice. I'm Mark Sloan."

"(Y/N) (L/N)."

Jackson- After Owen Hunt was named chief of surgery he decided to hire another trauma attending to help fill his place. On your first day at the hospital Jackson Avery was assigned to help you find your way around the hospital and introduce you to the other attendings at the hospital.

Owen- You were apart of the original interns. You met Owen Hunt while you were helping treat a patient who had an emergency tracheotomy done in the field by Hunt. You had to ask him about his background in trauma.
