I never got the chance to live my life that much. growing up in a family that is strict. the only time was Friday. My friend's Adri, Mowie, Jayden, Jackie, Luis, Ethan, and me. Adri's older sister let us do something that we have never done before. we all love the music industry, but it's just we are more focusing on school since our parents always say "music isn't going to pay the damn bills" but Hannah told us to it underground and we did. we are famous in the underground music industry. but school the kids there find out and told us that we are nothing, worthless, trash, gay. I didn't care about it but sometimes it got to me. It was Friday when I went over to Adri's house. she didn't look too happy, I said: "what's wrong?" I tried to comfort her. she didn't respond but was crying silently. she is a very happy person filled with energy and is the second oldest she takes care of us as babies. Then Hannah came down. she said, "come here I need to tell you and the others." I just nodded leaving the house with her. "we have to pick up the others but Adri has this heart disease where she can have anxiety, pain in her neck, feel depressed." I was about to cry but then she comforted me. "I know... we will get through this..." when we picked up the rest the whole car was filled with excitement and laugher but when the news broke. the whole car ride was silent Jackie was more depressed than ever. I just hope that school won't haggle her even more than it already is. 

when the weekend was over. We already finished the songs and uploaded them to the internet. when school came along. we all made a promise to protect Adri since she can get worst even but we can't let her know since she might think she is weak. The whole school knew who we are. we are just those Hispanics kids and one Asian kid that have a dream but that is only Adri and Hannah and Jayden. They are Asian somehow but they don't like talking about it. when I got home. mom had baked beans and some tortillas ready but I didn't feel like eating she knew why and just gave me a break but I knew damn well she will force me to eat.  "Elizabeth! bring your ass here. It's time for dinner" yelling from downstairs. I went to see her "mama... I'm not hungry..." I said to her. "You haven't eaten anything since Saturday," she said grabbing a plate for me and her. "mama... no quero..." I went upstairs and listen to music but I got a call from Ethan the only Asian in the group. He called me and said "there is a contest at school. it's going to be a global competition for teens. It's for performing" I started to get excited about it but I notice that Adri is not going to be able to perform because her medications haven't come in. "so are we gonna enter?" he said
