They are not. The relationship between idol and fan is based on a mutually beneficial arrangement of you support their career and contribute to their monetary growth and in return, they provide you with content and make you feel special. I firmly believe that my boys are good people who genuinely appreciate their fans and the support and really do want to make a positive impact on people's lives, but that still does not make them your friends and it does not entitle you to any part of them and it does not give you the right to invade their space in any way.
