"Hitomi, have you seen Renjun and Mark?" I asked Hitomi, one of my classmates. She thought for a while and shook her head. "I'm sorry but I didn't.." She apologized.

"Hey! have you seen Mark and Renjun?"

"No, sorry."

"I didn't.."

"I have no idea."

"I haven't seen them in a while."

I've been asking for days and I still didn't get a single answer. I went to the cafe Mark and me would always go to.

"Chae, why are you not with Mark?" Tzuyu, a friend of mine who works here asked serving my drink. "He's missing.." I answered.

"WHAT?! LIKE MISSING MISSING?" Tzuyu shouted. I pulled her to sit on the chair infront of me. "Not really? Well I hope not but he's not attending school these past few days, I went to his house but he was nowhere to be seen..I looked everywhere..I think.." I explained.

"Maybe he's with Ren—Oh, wait, no, that's impossible he's in Japan.." Tzuyu's voice faded on the last sentence.

"What did you say?" I asked her.

"What do you mean?" Tzuyu asked confused.

"The one about Renjun," I said.

"Maybe he's with Renjun?" She answered, still confused.

"Renjun is missing too.." I sighed.

"Renjun is-"

"Minhyung!" I called him.

I left Tzuyu when I saw a guy passing by wearing a familiar hoodie outside the cafe. The guy tried to run away but luckily I have long legs.

I pulled his arm and the mask covering his face.

"I knew it was you!" I said laughing.

Mark stared at me expressionless before pulling his arm from my grip. "Eh? Yah! Lee Minhyung, what's the problem?" I asked.

Mark didn't even bother to look at me again and just walk away. Being the stubborn girl that I am, I followed him bombarding him with questions.

"Where have you been?"

"I've been looking for you and Renjun!"

"Why did you hide from me?"

"Stop running away!"

"Mark! Stop it!"

"Yah! Answer me!"

I pulled his arm harshly. "Stop acting like a child! Are you hiding something from me?!"

"Stop following me, liar!" He said raising his voice. Some people passing by stared at us.

"Me? A liar?" I scoffed. "When did I ever lie to y-" Mark cut me off.

"Why didn't you tell me?" He calmly asked.

"Tell you what?" I asked.

"Renjun is in Japan right now. Why didn't you tell me?! Why did you hide it from us! I was her friend too!" He shouted, tears forming in his eyes.

This is the first time I've seen Mark like this.

"Now you fucking answer me, Lee Chaeyeon!" He said holding my wrist tightly.

"I-I don't know w-what you're talking about..let me go..i-it hurts!" I said, tears also forming in my eyes.

"Why didn't you tell me that Nako is already dead.."
