This is Pixia, the land of the CyberWings. Originally I got the CyberWing  idea from StarstruckZodiac and Onewhisker, go follow them!

(CyberWings are as smart as humans)

Placement: In between Pyrrhia and Pantala

Dragon Inhabitants: CyberWings

Terrain/Biomes: Hills, deserts, ice deserts, mountains, coniferous forests, deciduous forests, islands, temperate grasslands, savannas, and prairies.

States:

Quesbe: A desert peninsula state where little CyberWings make their home. Mostly known for devastating sandstorms and violent winds that sweep through the state and beyond, such as Dunebringer which occurred 245 years ago with harsh winds reaching up to 342 mph that wiped out all the crops in Quesbe, Gorgacia, Okus, Vyrrq, Joajek, and Xabra. The winds carried the Quesbean sands all over where even the most lush forests were littered with sand and caused a six year famine.

Okus: A grassland state with white sandy beaches where the low-life CyberWings usually camp out and live. Known for great view of the ocean and feeling of freedom there. There are no laws in Okus.

Gorgacia: A savanna state with small forests where most religious meetings are held. Known for historical buildings dating back thousands of years ago.

Vyrrq: Prairies and small deciduous forests litter this state. Known as the Border State because it borders five states and is where most golf and hunting dragons go.

Xabro: Lush deciduous forests, flowing rivers, and picturesque mountains are in this dreamy state. Known as the Messaging State because of its placement in Pixia. The Palace of the CyberWings is there and so are many prosperous cities.

Hokaber: Large forests and wide rivers are in this state. Known for educational buildings and friendly environment, most parents chose to live there with their hatchlings. Many prosperous schools and knowledge-filled libraries dot this state.

Eilis: A state of sandy grasslands and savannas where the Xabro Delta pours out into the sea. Known for excellent seaside hotels and fishing spots.

Feenkis: A prairie state with hills and small mountains. Known for marine research centers and for its cities full of crime and disorder.

Tixo: The Sifho Mountain Range ends in this state and small hilly forests and grasslands cover this state. Known for many spread out suburbs, retirement homes, and theme parks.

South Akkr: Edges of the Sifho Mountains border this state to Xabro; Many large coniferous forests cover South Akkr. Has the biggest building and decorating industries there, known for the suspicious dragon inhabitants and common birthplace of rumors, gossip, lies, and tricks.

North Akkr: Rivers, mountains, and coniferous forests cover the northern part of Akkr. Known for strict rules and military bases.

Coasee: The icy deserts of this state is where most outlaws and fugitives make their home. With freezing temperatures and little food, what scout would check there?

Ibo: Mountains and patches of coniferous forests dot this state. Known for strict rules and above-average smart dragons where most new technology and other things are invented.

Joajek: The Thent Lake, deciduous forests, and prairies reside here. Nicknamed the Farming State for excellent farmland and large prairies, known for great food and rural farms.
