Mother My

Shaw woke up nice and early
To the sound of the dancing wind

He stretched his growing wings and walked over to the small mirror of water the sudden rain had left the previous day
He lapped it all up into his midnight mouth and scrounged around for the rest of that poor  cameels meat
Ending with with a bundle of air he decided to just eat the sprouting claw weeds

Done with his tasty noon dish he walks outside ready for his shiny still wrapped friends when the gasps of his father's wings erupted into his ears sight

He scrambled back into the cave just to meet up with birthed pups previous steps outside and released a high shrieking call for his mother's return

The council had fired them
They were being evicted
They no longer served a purpose

"IT'S YOUR FAULT! HAG! BEING THE ONE WHOM SHOWS THE ANIMALISTIC SIDE OF OURS AS OUR WHOLE BEING THEY CAN'T HAVE US ANYMORE!"  His father screeched

"GETTING WHAT I WANT HAS NEVER BEEN A CRIME BEFORE!"
His mother screamed
"I'VE GIVEN YOU EVERYTHING YOU COULD OR COULD'VE NEEDED!"

"I NEVER ASKED FOR THIS! THIS HOPELESS CAVE THAT DRIPS A PEASENTS DREAM! THIS EXASPERATING PUP WHOM CAN'T GET A TAIL WET FOR DONE! AND THIS...CIVIL'' LIFE! I NEVER ASKED FOR ANY OF THIS!"

He turned them out
Watching them battle with words held better than the latter
And when his father screamed at his mother all he hear was cotton
His mother butting heads with his father was the watery flow of grass and his mother getting beaten, scratched, bloody and drenched in fears ember
Now that
That was all just
Silence

Mid night came and his father had gone
He hunted and left
The carcass could be a small parting gift
He wouldn't know
His mother ignored the present in favor of letting the streams of her eyes turn into water falls

Shaw creeped up slowly besides her

"Momma..?..are you...are you okay? Did-did he hurt you bad?"

"Go away you stupid...stupid little pup"

"But momma i-i can help you, I can I-"

"Help me. Now you want to help me?! You-Go away"

"But momma i-!"
 
Her sharp splintering spikes hurtled towards his baby soft side
It threw him to the end of the cave
Left him with a shiny coat of blood of his own
Under the new garments his eyes darkened till his vision entered the void and he swam
Swam till the next day

Deep gashes weren't enough to keep him down as he stumbled around the cave doing the things his mother told him to do while she stared off into her own voiding Galaxy of mind

For 9 sleeping phases of his time the gashes healed and he grew
11 more sleeping phases till his mothered entered the realm of wispy poppy entering and leaving the cave in a tumble of damp wings and a body of concrete
Mainly leaving the blocks of cement in the middle of the cave floor

29 sleeps without the king is the noon he shakes at the most

The cement block left early for another pick around the garden so Shaw made usefulness of himself turning the caves nest back to its past recommendations
And catching the next meals hunts

Flickers before the sleeps morning light kicks in his mother wafted towards the floor and stumbled up to Shaw
He stood still in fear of tempting her as she sniffed him out slow she cried out the Kings name
"Toombi? I-i you left me here y-you, I love you, we can finally have our ways without th-that   P-est around, w-we can finally ..rekindle our love"
Shaw trembled in fear and confusion till the slime of her tongue circled from the center of his throat to the bottom of his jaw

Recoiling in absolute disgust and boiled fear he fell back and sprinted towards the outside of the caves mouth

"Toombi! No dont-D-Dont leave me again! " She cried
Opening her mouth and flaming the walls easily in a mess of anger and pain she roared till the time that she passed out with Shaw sleeping in the backyard
Leaving her would've made a bigger hell than what presents already creating
