A/N: Hey, thank you for clicking on this book! I haven't written in a while so I do want to put out a warning for the first few chapters as they aren't up to standard. Spencer Hastings sat at the Radley ordering drink after drink, determined to numb the pain of losing Caleb. Although in reality that wasn't what needed numbing, she loved Caleb but in reality, she just wanted to be Toby and had just used Caleb as a distraction when she returned to Rosewood. Truthfully, seeing Toby with Yvonne had broken Spencer, and she didn't know how she was going to recover from that.

"Spencer?" she heard a voice call from across the bar. Immediately she knew who it was. Her blue-eyed love. Toby.

The newfound confidence that came from drinking too much took over her body and she ran to hug him, stumbling on the way. "Toby, I've missed you so much! Have you been busy planning your wedding? It was meant to be our wedding." she mumbled so incoherently that she was surprised he heard a word of what she said.

"You're drunk," Toby stated matter-of-factly, visibly annoyed by the state she had gotten herself into, but caring all the same. "Let's get you a room, you need rest."

"Only if you promise to come with me, I don't want to be alone. First, you leave me to get married to some perfect girl from perfect-ville and then Caleb leaves me for Hanna. You can't leave me again." Spencer began to sob into Toby's t-shirt, smudging away any makeup she had left after her long night of drinking.

Toby looked at her with pity in his eyes, "Spencer, we both agreed that we weren't right for each other, I was just trying to move on and heal the broken heart you left me with. You were doing the same weren't you?" He turned to book a room before Spencer began crying even more.

"Yeah but my healer cheated on me, you're marrying yours. This isn't how it's supposed to be, you were meant to be mine forever and ever." She began to run off before he grabbed her arm and pulled her close so that there was not a gap of air between their bodies. He held her as she sobbed into his t-shirt, before picking her up and carrying her to the room he booked.

When they arrived he lay her gently down on the bed and removed her shoes before covering her with the white blanket that covered the bed. He went to leave the room, turning the light off behind him before he heard her voice whisper, "Please don't leave".

"Spencer, you're drunk. If I get into bed with you I don't want anything to happen that you might regret in the morning. I love you more than anything in the world, but I'm not prepared to sacrifice my relationship with Yvonne unless I know that you feel the same.

"I do Tobes, you're my everything and more. I never wanted to lose you, I'm sorry that I wasn't good enough for you, I promise that if you come here I'll do everything to make you the happiest man alive." The feeling of needing him close grew with each word that rushed out of her mouth, and her brown eyes grew needier.

Toby hesitated at the door, before removing his own shoes and climbing into bed with his love. "You look uncomfortable Spence, and sad, what do you want?" he said as he cupped her face and stared into her beautiful eyes.

"Can you just hold me. I'm scared you'll be gone in the morning, back to Yvonne, but I want you more than anything in the world. I don't want you to go." She mumbled, once again bursting into tears.

"My poor baby," Toby whispered as he planted a kiss on her head and pulled her close. "I promise I'll be here when you wake up, I'll have to figure out what I'm going to do about Yvonne, but for now I know that all I want in the world is you."

They fell asleep in each other's arms, finally feeling at peace with each other. All worries slipped from their minds and were replaced with thoughts of the other, something they never wanted to let go of.
