Chapter 8

*Cecilia's POV*

I woke up to beeping machines, an IV in my arm.

My eyes were closed, it hurt to much to open them.

I was sore.

I was drained.

I only wanted 2 people, the people that were always there for me in everything.

"Mommy.. daddy..." I said in a barely audible voice,

"Oh my baby!" my mom said crying and coming to hug me.

I opened my eyes after building enough energy.

She hugged me and held me close,

"My beautiful baby girl. I love you so much don't forget that. I'm so sorry you are in this situation. It's all my fault if I would've just said no, I'm so sorry." she said sobbing and with lots of emotion in her voice.

"Mom, it's not your fault it's mine I should have just dropped the subject when dad said no." I said and hugged her.

"Hey sweetheart." my dad said and sat at the foot of my hospital bed. "How ya feeling?" he asked in a soft tone.

His eyes were bloodshot, dark circles like he hasn't gotten sleep. he looked like death itself.

"I'm ok, I've been better." I said with a weak smile. "But are you ok? you look like poop." I said gaining a smile.

"I'm fine, just worried about my princess." My dad said then The Grier's, Gilinsky's, Johnson's, Dallas, Reynolds', Hemmings, JOX, and Gomez families walked in.

I was greeted with hugs and kisses from my 'Magcon' families and then Taylor and rob came up.

Taylor hugged me and said "baby girl, if you need anything to let him know no matter how stupid." I laughed a bit.

"Thanks tay." and hugged him.

"Hi." rob said with a raspy voice and watery eyes.

"Hello my love" I said and he leaned for a kiss.

"Uh hummm." rob and me both looke at everyone. I felt my face heat up and so did Rob.

"Sorry." we both mumbled and everyone other than my dad laughed. which was anticipated.

"So how is my sleeping beauty?" rob asked.

"I could be better." I said and then 2 police officers knocked on the open door.

My father stood up.

"Hello gentlemen. how can I help you?" my dad asked. he sounded so formal. it was actually really weird.

"We are here on behave of your daughters case." he said with a serious tone.

"Oh yes of course." My mother said and stood next to my dad. She looked at the other police officer like he was familiar to her.

"We stopped by to let you know we will need to meet with you once you daughter is released form the hospital." the other police officer said.

"Of course. so we just stop by the police station?" my mom asked.

"Yes, just ask for officer Martinez and Turley." The man my mom looked at said.

She looked at him and looked as if something in her brain clicked.

"Adam?" she said in a whisper but with a slight smile.

"Have we met?" the officer replied.

"High school actually" she said looking at the floor. Then my uncle cam stood up.

"Dude no way." cam and dad said in unison. they both looked shocked.

"Wait.. vanity?" The Adam guy said.

She smiled from ear to ear. my dad rolled his eyes and I laughed but still curious about who this guy was. the other officers phone rang so he stepped out.

"Wow! it's been what 20 years now?!" She said. dang that's a long time.

"I think so we were what 16-17 the last time we saw each other?" Adam I'm guessing said. then Cameron waked up to him.

"Oh btw she's married." he said with a smirk on his face.

"She's your daughter?" he asked my mom.

"Yep and mine." shawn said.

I couldn't do it. nope. I laughed so loud and uncontrollable.

Every one looked at me.

"What's so funny?" mahogany and Jennifer asked.

I was still laughing and everyone other than Cameron now were looking at me puzzled. now Cameron was also laughing catching on.

"It's. just.cameron. then. mom. Wow. and. dad. your face!" i said laughing in between each word.

I was calming down but still laughing.

"Oh." was all my mom said and my dad was now laughing.

"Anyways she just needs to come down when she is released." that other officer said walking back in. "Turley we need to go back now." he said looking at the Adam guy.

"Alright. well good seeing you again even tho it's an awkward situation." he said and smile.

"Likewise. see you soon." my mom said and huh? hugged him.

OMG how did I not see this! my mom totally had a thing for him! maybe in high school?? hmm ill have to ask.

Everyone finally started socializing with each other and my mom came to sit next to me.

"Hey sweetie." my mom said still smiling. I was feeling better no one was still in the weird sad state.

*Vanity's POV*

Wow I saw him again. the first boy I ever fell in love with. He's changed but a good change. and he's a cop.

Oh boy...

"So Adam?" Cecilia said wiggling my eyebrows and laughing.

"Oh shut up!" I said laughing. I love the relationship I have with my daughter.

"Pleaseeeeeeee!!! tell me!!" she said giving me her puppy eyes.

"Ughh fine." I said

*Cecilia's POV*

"He was my first love." she my mom said to me.

"Awww!" I said and she laughed.

"But now I love your father more than anyone could imagine.

She had a different look when she looked at my father. it was with passion and love.

But when she looked at adam it was like the chemistry was there but put away.

she looked at him the way I looked at rob.

Rob.

He, is my first love..

Sorry I haven't posted in a while!! my cousin just had open heart surgery and I've been visiting her this week and last week but let me know what you think of this chapter!!!
