I was super nervous about Grayson calling me on FaceTime even though I saw him like yesterday. I don't maybe FaceTime was like this for everyone. Grabbing my headphones, I turned them own in hopes they were charged so they would connect. Thankfully they did. My parents were still sleep, so I didn't have to worry about them barging in for a while.

I waited silently for Grayson's call. I kept shuffling in my bed wondering when the inevitable call would happen. Finally the loud ringing made me jump and I quickly hit the green button. I was met with a tired looking Grayson whose hair was just as messy as mine, and dare I say it he actually look hot. Blushing I didn't say a word until after he actually spoke.

He smiled, "You're so cute." His smile am I in heaven. I don't like thinking about straight men this way. Let alone him.

"I- Shut up." I could feel my face heating up.

"But you are, you're beautiful. Anyways yeah, I think I may be gay Ethan. I don't know..." He pauses .

I started to speak, "Well have you told anyone else?" Part of me felt like he was telling the truth. But the other part of me was telling me to hang up this phone and never talk this boy back because he's a bold face liar.

"Like when I started talking to you. I wanted to experiment. Or maybe I didn't know what I wanted. But I know for sure I could see us going somewhere." He grinned.

I tried not to believe it. I tried not to believe a single word. He was notorious for being a liar. But I couldn't help but believe a single word.

"Can you try and just keep it between us?" He asked breaking me out of my thoughts. I understood that part. I was super shy and closeted about my sexuality up until high school. Which of course is a little different for him. I mean he has fucked half the girls in our school.

"I promise." I gave him a genuine smile.

"I think we should go on another date."

"What about Adam?"

"Forget Adam. He doesn't care about you." He shrugged.

I sighed, "Fine. What were you planning on."

"Come to a pool party with me."

"No." I replied, "Absolutely not." I added.

"Why not?" He rolled his eyes.

"Because I don't want to." I tried to hide under my blanket, but my phone was in my hand.

"Pwease." He pouted trying to talk like a baby. I mean it was very cute, and maybe event attractive.

"Fine. When is it?"

"Friday night."

"Good grief."

He laughed, and it was very hearty laugh which made me smile.

"You're beautiful." He said.

I blushed wanting to hurry up and end this FaceTime call, but he insisted I stay.

"I have things to do today."

"What do you have to do besides me?" He rolled his eyes playfully.

I immediately hung up the phone and started to laugh. He kept calling back but I didn't answer which made it funnier. I was going to be excited to see his face tomorrow. I also really hoped Grayson was telling the truth. Because I was really starting to open up to him.

Maybe even like him a little.
