This morning, a soft voice woke me up. It was Mom. I looked at my watch and was shocked to find that I would be late to school. Immediately, I washed my face and brushed my teeth at the same time clumsily. After that, I grabbed a piece of bread and hurried to the street. Luckily, the school bus was still there. Thanks God.
Everything was as usual. However, I was really surprised to find that my best friend Emily was not in the school bus. We reached the school shortly. I looked for Emily everywhere in the school, the playground, the classroom, the toilet, the canteen, but nowhere can I find her! How disappointing it is!
In the lesson, my class teacher Miss Tong announced that Emily had changed to another school. I feel absolutely down but I can talk to no one about my sadness!
After school, I walked home tiredly and wished to take a rest. Unfortunately, my teacher Miss Carlos called me and told me there would be an extra rehearsal tonight! Oh, my goodness! I nearly fainted, but I deeply understand that I have no choice!
I told Mom about that so I left home for the function. How sad and frustrated I am!
