Now who could possibly work at Dream Castle Cafe?

The streets of Seoul are filled with people from thousands of backgrounds. I have a certain group of people in mind that I obviously want to target. A person that is artistic, a lover of coffee and other beverages, energetic, and thoughtful....as well as other traits that make a great employee.

Walking forward through the crowd of people, the chatter filling my ears almost drowning out my thoughts, I found a young man I would say in his early twenties like myself. His features are handsome but in comparison to a celebrity, a raw gem at best. His chesnut brown hair curled wildly and poured over his eyes, a mysterious aura covering him. He is seated at a restaurant which serves marinated bulgogi as its main dish.

The restaurant is obviously very busy at the moment, yet I find the seat in front of him open. He seems to be thoughtfully eating the beef, as if trying to burn the flavor into memory. Now I have no idea if he would indeed like to work at Dream Castle cafe or is even a coffee lover, but somehow, my heart tells me that he is perfect for the job.

I almost always stick to my gut feeling.

So in the end, I decide to stick with the gut feeling and proceed to head right into the restaurant. I ask the server if she could seat me at the same table as the gentleman, of course asking if he would be fine with that.

He looked right over at me, as she stood at his side talking into his ear.

He nodded to me to come forward. I thanked the server and sat right down at the table.

He is even more good looking than I originally thought at closer inspection.

"Annyeongseo. What brings you to my table?" He asked gently, his features relaxed, obviously enjoying his food and happily willing to conversate with me.

"I'm looking for more servers and baristas to work at Dream Castle cafe." I carefully stated, choosing my words on how to present the cafe to him.

He understood my words, carefully placing them in his head and juggled them a bit, time passing after I quickly finished stating my business.

"I do a little coffee making myself. Though, I'm not sure it's cafe quality. I've heard of Dream Castle cafe and it is quite a popular establishment. I hear the cafe is one of the best in Seoul with celebrities coming in by the number. Why just the other day, I believe I saw an EXO member and GDRAGON stop in." He mused.

I brushed back a lock of my raven black hair behind my ear, blushing at his praise.

"Yes, you've heard correctly. Though we are popular, we run short of employees and the majority of our employees are only part-timers and students. We are looking for steady full-timers." I listed to him the qualities that I'm looking for in an employee and waited patiently for him to respond. He paused a bit and took a small nibble of his bulgogi, the tender beef glistening between his black chopsticks as it disappeared into the cavern of his mouth. He chewed and swallowed, then responded to me settled on an idea.

Hopefully a yes...I thought to myself.

"...I guess I can try. It's exciting to even get the opportunity to work there. I'm sure everyone who does work there is very serious with the craft. Plus, I'll be able to see how you work the counter. I can attribute the success of the cafe to your barista skills, I take it?" His sharp eyes met mine with picqued curiosity and a bundle of knowledge. His eyes are chocolate brown tinged with small flecks of gold.

Just like when Xiumin praised me, I do not dare to praise myself, though I accept praise at times.

"I think it's love." I answered simply.
