Becca's POV
I closed the lid of my laptop, pushing it to the back of my desk in angst. Being a law student was tiring and shit sometimes, and with my final exams being a few weeks away it was stressing me out.
My first two years were spent in halls, but thanks to the generosity of my parents, I had spent my final year in a nice two-bedroom apartment in Canary Wharf. Two bedrooms weren't needed as I lived alone, but it did give me a separate space to study.
I pushed my chair back, stood up, and walked towards the kitchen as I pulled my phone from my back pocket.

Wagwan Bex? You free this eve?
Rebecca
I just finished revising. Your place or mine?
Will
Whack the kettle on - be there in two!

I flicked the kettle on, pulled a hoodie over my head and tied my hair up. Before the kettle had even finished boiling, there was a knock on the door followed by the very distinct geordie voice of Will announcing his presence as he let himself in.
'There she is,' Will chuckled, pulling me into a bear hug. 'How is the revision going?'
'Don't even ask,' I laughed back, snuggling into his torso and pulling him in tighter.
Will pulled away, gently pushing me towards the bar stools and began pulling mugs out of the cupboard. 'Just sit will ya? I am capable of making a cuppa every now and then.'
'Cheers Will, what would I do without you eh?' I replied as I watched him fumbling his way around the kitchen.
Moving to this tower block was probably the best decision I had ever made. I had made so many amazing friends - Will, George, Alex, James and Fraser - all of whom lived a few floors away.

I stirred a couple of hours later, feeling stiff and uncomfortable. I opened my eyes to find the cause of the issue. Me and Will must have nodded off whilst watching TV, and he was stretched the entire length of my sofa. I was bundled up in the corner next to his feet. Having such a tall friend was an advantage sometimes, but my god did he take up a lot of space.
'Will.' I nudged his legs, getting nothing in response. 'Will wake up.' I nudged him again, but still nothing. Lazy shit. I sat myself more upright, climbing up and over his legs. It was 11pm and I was fucking knackered. I threw a blanket over his sleeping form and headed to bed.

I was up, showered, dressed and two hours deep in revision by the time Will awoke the following morning. I decided to take a break from Contract Law to make myself a fresh coffee, and quietly made my way to the kitchen so as not to wake him up. But I need not have worried as he was leaning against the breakfast bar, towel around his waist and a coffee in hand.
'I hope you don't mind,' Will shrugged, turning to face me. 'I didn't want to interrupt you whilst you had your head in your books.'
'No its not a problem,' I replied as I flicked the kettle back into life. 'I am going to take a break now anyway. Did you sleep okay?'
'Like a fucking log. Not been sleeping much lately.'
'Im surprised, as that sofa is not the comfiest. You got any plans for today, or are you planning on staying here?' I ask, wrapping my hands around my fresh coffee and taking a sip.
'I gotta be at Alex's soon, filming an S2W video. Join us if you want?'
'Nah its okay, exams are in two weeks so I really need to get Contract and Tort Law nailed. But I will next time, promise.'
Will threw on some clean joggers and a hoody that I had sitting in the bottom of my wardrobe from the last time I had stayed at his and headed out the door, so I grabbed yet another fresh coffee and went back to my study. I have to pass these exams, or its back to Devon for me.
