Chapter 8: Pets & Training Time

"I'm telling you! We really did fought ourselves!" Gemma yelled. 

April was sitting in the royal living room couch and changing the channels on TV, "yeah,right" 

"We're not kidding!" Piper reassured, "We really did fight ourselves, they were evil and wore black and-" 

"Star apologies, but I'm not buying it." Bellatrix said in the corner reading a magazine. 

"I can't blame them, Alter Egos DO seem kinda crazy," Tessa said. 

Willow then walked in, and 12 animals walked behind her. 

"Eee! So cute!" Libby ran and hugged a pink bunny with green details. "I'm calling her Isotita!" 

"Umm... Where did these animals come from?" Vega asked as a white slivery swan with electric blue wings flew and sat on her head."However, I actually really like this swan, I'm calling her Infinity" 

"Well, every kingdom has a royal pet for the heir," Willow explained, "We kept them here, in the Aries Realm for special training, nows the time to give them to you,since,while,your family kinda left" 

A young Galliop walked toward Sage, it had lilac skin, wavy purple mane, and had twinkle stars on it's flank. 

"I always wanted a pet! Hmm...you look like a Stormy!" Sage looked at her new pet, and Stormy seemed to like her name. 

"I shall name her Terra," Tessa hugged her pet- a young sparkly brown bull with green horns. She fed her some fresh grass.

A young ram, with white fur, Amber eyes, and red horns,speeded toward Astra, jumped on her, and licked her cheek repeatedly. 

"Easy there!" Astra picked up the excited pet off her,"I'm gonna call you Flash!"

Gemma had apparently chosen 2 twin squrriels, both orange, one had purple eyes and she named him Hermes, the other had Amber eyes and she named her Glory. "Selfie!" She took a selfie with her new pets. 

"I, of course, have the best pet-" Leona started as she groomed her glion cub with a bright yellow mane,"A beautiful glion named Goldy," 

A little light pink crab clenched Cassie's ankles. Cassie looked down at it, "But I already have a pet... Bitty" 

"This is awkward," Scarlet said with her pet scorpion, Mystery, on her shoulder. It ombréd from black to magenta. 

"I'm sure Bitty won't mind a new playmate," Cassie picked up the crab," I think Selene fits you." 

Soon, all the star darlings have found their pets. 

Adora had taken an sky blue owl, named Lepton. 

Clover chose a young goat with plum purple horns, named Melody. 

Piper picked an aqua green fish, named Métis.

-Later 

"Libby, what are you doing?" Sage asked as she saw Libby and Isotita having a spa day. 

"Relaxing," Libby answered, her eyes were covered with Cosmicumbers and guacamole. So was Isotita's. 

Astra and Flash were having quality time too, somehow, Flash could play Starball even with his size. 

"For a sheep, your pretty good," Astra said as Flash stole the ball, "But I'm better!" Astra teased as she stole the ball from Flash. Flash then ran trying to catch it.

Vega and Infinity were studying together. 

Everyone was having quality time-   

It all ended when April blew a whistle 

"What's happening!?" Libby jumped startled, as Isotita munched on the cosmicumber. 

"Zodiac Legacy Training!" April answered,

-At The Field. 

"So, Sage, Sagittarius is an archer, right?" April asked, 

Sage nodded 

"Can you do archery?" April asked 

"uuhhhh...." Sage started,"Well, I'm not a pro," 

"Then we'll make you a pro!" April said, then gave Sage a bow and arrow while Bellatrix pushed a target to a spot. 

"Unleash the arrow!" April yelled. 

"Wow, you have a LOT of fighting spirit," Sage said. 

"Now, Libby, we are gonna teach you about Balance," Bellatrix carried a weighing scale, and crystal spheres of many sizes. 

"What does balance have to do with Libra?" Libby asked curious. 

"Umm, 'Libra' is 'balance,'" Bellatrix answered,"Now, weigh the crystal spheres please," 

Libby did just Bellatrix asked, she managed to balance both sides of the scale perfectly. 

Meanwhile, Sage at first made a lot of mistakes, but eventually got better. 

Bellatrix then went to Gemma,"Gemma, as the next Gemini, you need to now how to properly message, as you are the messenger of the zodiac." 

"But I already know how to text!" Gemma whined. 

"Not like that," Bellatrix giggled and took out a pen with golden ink. "Here, write something with this." 

Gemma wrote a random sentence in the air, "Gloranges are my favorite fruit" , it was written in golden magic in the air, then turned into orange mist and flew away. 

-Meanwhile In A Random Place. 

A wishling was listening to music in her room, then a message written in golden magic appeared in the air. 

"Gloranges are my favorite fruit- what's a glorange?!- MOM! DAD!!?!" The wishling screamed creeped out."CALL THE FBI!"

-Back In the Aries Realm 

"Nothing happened Bellatrix," Gemma said bored. 

"You just sent a message to wishworld" Lori said to Gemma. 

"Ooooh...." Gemma said awkwardly.  

April walked to Astra,"Astra, as the next Aries, you gonna have to learn hand-to-hand combat and martial arts." 

"Well, this is gonna be interesting," Astra replied. 

-3 hours later

"Can we stop training now?" Leona asked."I've memorized all the 12 labors of Hercules, however, I doubt that's  gonna be useful in my life" 

"And I memorized all the ways of stopping a hunter," Scarlet added. 

Astra came in tired,"And I have repeatedly crushed all the rage monsters you made me fight," 

"Fine," April rolled her eyes.
