Chapter 10: The Star Darklings Return

-Morning

"Guys!" Libby screamed, "Something has been stolen from my realm! We need to go NOW!" 

"The Libra Realm?" Sage asked as Libby nodded. 

"Ok- Everyone hold on!" Astra teleported as everyone held on to her. Including the pets. 

-The Libra Realm 

"Ok, what's been stolen?" Adora asked the guards

"The Balance of Libra- it's a family heirloom," Answered a guard.  

"Did you see who stole it?-" Sage asked, 

The guards shook their head,"It's was too dark, but we did see 2 girls, a bit gothic." 

"The Star Darklings," Vega figured out. 

"Why would they steal it anyway?" Cassie asked 

Gemma shrugged 

"Because we need it," Dark Adora popped out of nowhere. She had brown skin with negative energy veins. Her dark sky blue hair was spiky and sharp and she wore dark sky blue eyeshadow.She wore a sleeve-less black dress that goes up her neck. Her waist was trimmed with dark sky blue and a ruffled skirt. She wore short gloves with dark sky blue accents. She wore black shorts and dark sky blue boots with black. A darker version of Adora's wish symbol sits on her chest.

"How did you?!-" Clover asked surprised.

"We have our ways," Dark Clover answered,sort of. She had dark,spiky purple hair. She had negative energy veins. She wore a black sleeve-less and strap-less dress with purple trim at the waist. Her skirt had a layer of dark purple underneath the black layer. She wore long black gloves accented with purple. She wore purple leggings and black ankle boots with purple accents. A darker version of Clover's wish symbol was on her chest.

"Dude, we literally just had Dark Astra teleport us here," Dark Leona said in the corner.  

Dark Scarlet rolled her eyes,"You ruined the suspense,  starshine,"  

"Well, it's not my fault you-" Dark Leona started.

"Why are you here anyway?" Libby asked,trying to ignore the fight between Dark Scarlet and Dark Leona.

"Your so nosey, you don't need to know!" Dark Libby said annoyed.

Suddenly, Cassie could feel someone slowly grabbing her glasses, but no one was there. 

Cassie moved quickly before her glasses were stolen. 

Then Dark Cassie turned visible, "Oh,craters! Can't you stay still?!"

"They want to steal our wish pendents!" Tessa said holding on to her brooch. 

"Oh, we also wanna steal your power crystals." Dark Gemma blurted out. 

"Can't you keep you keep a secret?!" Dark Astra said annoyed. 

Dark Gemma backed a few feet away, knowing that Dark Astra had a temper even an overlord couldn't control. "Uh,Maybe?" 

Dark Astra tried to hold in her anger. 

"Anyway, you aren't taking our power crystals!" Sage folded her arms.

"Ya sure about that?" Dark Piper said, she did a whistle using her fingers. White,sparkly spirits appeared and launched at the star darlings, "Get them!" 

The guards were totally creeped out and cowardly left. 

"And you call yourselves heroes," Tessa shook her head as they left. 

"Aren't spirits intangible?" Piper mentioned. 

"Not these," Dark Piper said as a spirit picked up a piece of litter. 

"Should we run?" Leona asked,  " movies have always taught us not to trust ghosts!"

"It's fine, Leona," Piper told her as she talked to the spirits. The spirits nodded and turned against Dark Piper.

Dark Piper glared at her good counterpart. "Humph, their my allies, not yours" 

"Well,they like me better," Piper glared back. 

Apparently what was suppose to be a fight had turned into a staring contest. 

"Okay, can you make this quick? cause I have an argument to get back to," Dark Leona asked,narrowing her eyes at Dark Scarlet 

"I guess we could," Leona replied, as she and the rest of the star darlings transformed. 

The fight began! While, except for scarlet, 

"So.. What were talking about before?" Scarlet asked her evil counterpart. 

"How annoying Leona is," Dark Scarlet answered,"I swear that girl is somehow blind to how much of an annoyance she is," 

"I'm right here!" Leona and Dark Leona said offended. 

Dark Piper and Piper were still having a staring contest. 

"Seriously? Your still having a staring contest?" Gemma asked. 

"It's not a staring contest!" Piper said glaring 

"It's a glaring contest!" Dark Piper finished.

"Same thing," Sage replied. 

"I can't believe I'm doing this to myself, but..." Clover started as she blasted purple positive energy at Dark Clover.

As the purple cloud spread out, Dark Clover was gone. 

"Huh?" Clover said surprised. She looked behind her.

"I'm right here! And you seriously expected to hurt anyone with that?!" Dark Clover teased Clover as she launched a purple shock of negative energy.  

Clover made a shield out of purple energy, which  she turned into a shoot of energy at Dark Clover. 

Dark Clover evil chuckled,"Good, but not good enough," And made the shoot of energy shot right back at Clover.

"Ugh! Fight you coward!" Dark Tessa yelled as she repeatedly jumped and kicked Tessa's shield with lots of force. 

"Stop calling me a coward," Tessa said annoyed,as she launched her shield at Dark Tessa,causing her to fall down.  

"How do you know your not one? " Dark Tessa teased as she got back up, evil smirking. 

"Would a coward do this?" Tessa asked as she launched her shield to the ground, causing an earthquake coursing with green energy. "Terran-Shock!" 

Dark Tessa was launched into the air before she fell down.  

"Just give up already, bookworm," Dark Cassie slowly walked toward Cassie, who was on the ground due to blast of negative energy. She  was about to take her glasses.

Cassie got up,"Maybe a another time," She took her hoop and pulled it until it turned into 3 hoops, then spun them around by one hoop. "Lunar Lights!" The hoops were filled with pinkish white orbs and made more when spun. They were shot at Dark Cassie. 

Dark Cassie groaned. She shielded herself with negative energy. 

"Can't you just leave already!?" Gemma shouted annoyed.  

"If that's what you really want, then yes," Dark Astra evil smirked, and teleported away with the rest of the Star Darklings.

-Meanwhile 

"Rancora, did you get the Golden Fleece Of Aries, and The Shell Of Cancer, and The Food Horn Of Capricorn, and the Very First Magic Pen of Gemini and the-" Dark Gemma asked.

"Yes, I did, You distracted them long enough so I could steal almost every zodiac heirloom there is. I just need Aquarius,Scorpio,Leo, Sagittarius,and We're set." Rancora interrupted. 

"Why did we need to distract them anyway?" Dark Sage asked. 

"Because. News spreads quickly, I don't want them to find out that fast, especially with Leona's hearing powers." Rancora answered.
