entry to a new world?

Only a day has passed okami wasn't able to get very far because he was carrying lynx and he had to take shelter in a near by Forest it wasn't very far from the kingdom but it was notoriously dangerous even tho it was a kingdom of demons they still wouldn't dare come near that forest but okami has been to this death trap of mother nature many times before.
Okami: you ok lynx?
Lynx: ....
Lynx has yet to forgive him for leaving there mother
Okami: look I know you didn't want to leave her to die but there's nothing we could of done against that many people

Lynx:we could of tried

Okami: don't be so naive!
Lynx:you nothing but a coward!
Okami:AND YOUR NOTHING BUT A FOOL YOU MIGHT ONLY BE FIVE BUT ITS TIME TO GROW UP LOOK AT THE SITUATION WE ARE IN WE COULD DIE OUT HERE U THINK WE ARE STRONG ENOUGH TO HUNT THE MONSTERS HERE!?

lynx's eyes got watery
Okami:don't start crying like a little girl

Lynx:s-shut up

Okami then sighed and said
Fine how about I try to get us something to eat don't move an inch from where u are if u get lost out here your screwed he then left to find there meal so they wouldn't starve to death normally in these situations most would worry about starting a fire before nightfall but because if there constant training to learn how to weild fire efficiently the below 0 temperature meant nothing to them and with there heightened sense seeing in the dark wasn't a problem one would think with all this okami wouldn't have a problem catching prey but he was having no luck as everything either ran or was too much for him to handle. He eventually saw a wolf he thought he could take down he stalked it from behind a bush
okami:I just need to get in one fatal hit...
He then shot a ball of flame at the wolf but when it came out of the smoke unscathed and aggravated okami immediately realized that he didn't stand a chance but before okami could make his escape the wolf let out a terrifying howl okami could hear the foot steps of approaching wolves okami thought to himself I'm gonna die as his heart started to pound in his chest he was too scared to move but it upon seeing the pack dash out of the bushes he came back to his sense and and a sense of adrenaline rushed through his body eliminating the fear he felt he turned around and ran as fast as he could to where he had left lynx jumping over tree roots and sliding under logs.as he approached the area he left lynx he started to yell "RUN LYNX RUN" lynx heard his brothers voice and got up off the tree stump he was sitting on looking into the trees he suddenly saw okami leap over a fallen branch with a pack of almost a dozen wolves chasing him lynx started to run without thinking twice he didn't even look back as the two were running lynx yelled" WHAT THE HELL DID U DO" okami replied by saying less talking more running as they continued to run for there lives they could see a light straight ahead they both headed towards the light at full speed but as they got closer they realized that it was a cliff and barely managed to stop before going off the edge they look down and there was a lake the water so calm and clear it from that distance it looked like glass lynx then asked WHAT DO WE DO NOW the pack was basically right behind them okami had no time to think he grabbed his breather and jumped plunging into the lake everything went dark. In this darkness okami heard a strange voice saying"wake up you can't die here"the voice repeated the same words but yelled this time okami then opened his eyes both him and his brother had washed up on shore his vision was blurry he was barely consicous but he quickly realized that he wasnt in the same forest anymore he wasn't even sure if he was still in hell he was exhausted and was about to pass out then he saw a pair of feet in front of him and heard the person say
