My mom barges in. She stops at the door and stares at oli "who's he?" She spat.

"I'm Oliver Sykes, Annalise's friend" he replied looking at me with a soft smile.

"Annalise has friends? Hah that's a miracle. She's pathetic. She should've died." She said with a harsh tone.

Tears forming in my eyes. I look at oli, you can tell he was furious.

"Annalise is not pathetic, she's amazing & beautiful. You out of all people should know that" he said with a yell.

I didn't say anything because I was used to my mom calling

Me names but I was shocked on what oli told my mom.

Until my mom spoke, breaking my thoughts.

"If you think this girl is beautiful You're stupid. I want you to leave" she said with a harsh tone to her voice.

He got up looked back at me & gave me a soft smile then left.

My mom turns to me & slaps me "you little slut, I don't ever want to see him. Why are you here anyways. Did you cut your veins a little too deep? Well maybe you should go deeper next time" she said then left. I was alone now wishing I really did kill myself. Why did oli have to save me?
