The flight landed in Mumbai. She came out of the Airport with kids and boarded the car that is waiting for them and left for her apartment.
Next day Gauri went to Richa's apartment to meet her.
"Gauri... What a surprise dear." Richa hugged Gauri with all her might.
"Richa, please loosen your hold. I am not able to breathe. "
"O sorry Gauri, I got excited. You told me you won't be attending the wedding the other day. "
"Yes, but I thought I should attend. Moreover I have to face this situation any day, so thought let's face now."
"O Gauri dear, I am proud of you that you are trying to move on." Richa said hugging her.
"So Richa, what are our plans today. " Gauri asked.
"Since you thought of giving me a surprise without informing me about your arrival. I didn't planned anything for today. Let's cook and eat for now. And later in the evening we can visit the mall near by to carry on the wedding shopping. "
"Nice idea, let's start with cooking. " Gauri said and both of them went towards the kitchen to prepare lunch leaving the kids in living room.
"I must say Gauri, kids got along with you very well just like they would be with their mother. " Richa said looking at the kids while Gauri is cutting vegetables.
"Yes Richa, I feel them more like my kids. After Chandni slipped from stairs when she was pregnant with Aditi. We rushed her to the hospital. Doctors strived hard and Got Aditi out. But due to excessive blood loss during labour and the injury she had on her head due to falling down from stairs, doctors told it is difficult for her to survive. Yet they tried their best and saved her life but she slipped into coma. Since then I was looking after the kids. It's almost an year and we are still Waiting for her to wake up from her deep long slumber. " Gauri said in a raspy voice swallowing the lump forming in her throat.
"They are lucky to have you Gauri. " Richa said looking at Ashu and Adhu who are playing with toys.
Later in the evening, Gauri and Richa along with kids went to the near by mall.
Gauri and Richa were shopping. Aditi was placed in baby stroller which Richa was handling while Ashish was walking holding Gauri's hand.
"Mumma, I need ice cream. " Ashish asked seeing a boy eating ice cream.
"Ashu, I am tired with you and your icecream madness. Last week you had a cavity in your teeth. And dentist strictly said No ice cream. So no ice cream. " Gauri said strictly.
"I want Ice cream. " Ashish began to whine.
"Ashish, No ice cream. " Gauri said.
But he got angry and began to run in the mall.
"Hey shankerjii... Now I have to run here also. Richa take Aditi with you while I get Ashish. I will meet you in the food court. " Gauri said hurriedly running behind Ashish.
Ashish ran and bumped into someone.

"Hey Champ, where are you running to? Where is your parents?" Omkara asked seeing Ashish.
"Hide... Hide... Uncle I want to hide from my mumma. " He said hiding behind Omkara.
"Hey it's not good to run away from your Mumma. She will get tensed. Tell me where is your Mumma. I will talk to her. " Omkara asked Ashish.
Ashish turned around and pointed towards Gauri who is searching for Ashish facing her back to them.
"Okay, now come let's go to your Mumma. " Omkara said carrying Ashish in his arms.
"Sir, I packed the clothes you selected." The store manager interrupted them.
Omkara called Khanna and asked him to take Ashish to his mother while he pays the bill.
Khanna took Ashish from Omkara and went.
After paying bills Omkara came out of the store and began to look for Khanna. He saw him standing infront of the store and went towards him.
When he reached near him. He stopped in his tracks hearing a familiar voice.
"Ashu, how many times I have told you to not run away like this. But when did you listened to me. Stubborn like your papa." Gauri scolded Ashish kneeling down in front of him.
"Sorry Mumma. " Ashish told making a innocent face.
Omkara couldn't see her face since he was facing her back. So he stood behind the pillar listening to their conversation.
"Now say thank you to uncle. He brought you back. " Gauri said pointing towards Khanna.
"Thank you Uncle. " Ashish said.
And Gauri took Ashish in her arms and turned around.
Omkara was shocked seeing Gauri after 5 long years and stood rooted behind the pillar hiding from them.
Gauri took Ashish to food court as Richa is waiting for her there with Aditi.
Omkara followed her without getting noticed and saw her talking happily with Richa while feeding Ashish and Aditi.
He returned home and went into his room closing the door.
Sitting on his bed side keeping his head on bed in dark room, Omkara began to think about all the events occured 5 years ago.
