"Why am I being sad I deserve this. Atleast she is happy in her life with her husband and kids. She deserved love and happiness." Omkara cried.
"Hello Advay, did you reached Mumbai? " Gauri asked.
"Yes Gauri, flight just landed and I am going to my suite. From there I will go to meeting. "
"Okay Advay, you just share me the location of their head office and I will reach there to sign the contract. " Gauri said.
"Okay Gauri. "
Advay reached Oberoi corps and waiting for Gauri sitting in his car. Omkara who was entering the building saw him and came towards him in his car.
"Hello, Mr. Raizada. Are you waiting for someone. " Omkara asked.
"Hello, Mr. Oberoi, yes I am waiting for my partner. She is on her way to here. " Advay said.
"Why don't you come and wait inside my cabin. I will ask my assistant to guide your partner inside. " Omkara said.
"It's okay Mr. Oberoi, she will be here in any minute now. Anyways Thank you for asking. "
" My pleasure, Mr. Raizada. " Omkara said driving his car towards the parking lot.
Meanwhile Gauri arrived to Oberoi corps and met Advay.
"Hii Gauri, How are you. " Advay asked her.
"Hii Advay, I am good and kids are also good and are with Richa. I am saying this because I know your next question. " Gauri said laughing.
"You are becoming smart day by day. " Advay hugged her laughing.
Omkara who came towards them after parking his car saw Advay and Gauri laughing and hugging eachother. He silently went into his cabin.
Advay and Gauri came inside the office. And Omkara's assistant lead them to the presentation room. When they entered the presentation room Omkara was studying some file facing his back to them.
As soon as he heard the door knock. He kept the file down on the table and turned around to face them.
Gauri who was standing beside Advay was shocked seeing the person she had been running away from, all these years. She had a hard time controlling her emotions. It was the same with Omkara, he was broken seeing her with Advay. "
"Welcome to Oberoi corps. " Omkara said hiding his emotions.
"Thank you Mr. Oberoi. " Advay thanked him and Gauri just faked a smile.
"Shall we start the presentation. " Omkara asked.
"Sure Mr. Oberoi" Advay said and Gauri nodded.
Through out the whole presentation Omkara was stealing glances with Gauri while Gauri was looking everywhere but Omkara. After the presentation Advay and Omkara signed the contract.
They came out of the presentation room.
"It was nice meeting you,Mr.Oberoi and now we will take a leave. " Gauri said trying to hide the sadness in her voice.
"I thought you will be staying for lunch. " Omkara asked.
"Sorry Mr. Oberoi, we left kids at home. So we have to hurry up. We will plan for a lunch next time since we will be working together on this project. " Advay said and moved out with Gauri after shaking his hands with Omkara.
Gauri and Advay got into their car and exited Oberoi corps.
Once they are out of it, Gauri broke down into tears and Advay was shocked with her sudden breakdown stopped his car.
"Gauri, what happened. Why are you crying? " Advay asked panicking.
"Om.. Omkara...Oberoi " Gauri said between her sobs.
"OMG Gauri, is he the same Omkara who broke your heart. Why didn't you told me earlier I might have not signed this contract. Gauri I will call him and cancel the contract." Advay said.
" Don't Advay, we will complete this project and will leave as soon as possible. " Gauri said.
"Are you sure you want to work with Oberoi corps Gauri. "
"Yes Advay. " Gauri said.
Oberoi Mansion:
"Why Gauri, why are behaving like a stranger with me. I was your best friend right. Am I that bad that you didn't even spared a glance at me. " Omkara cried hugging the photo they took together.
"Omkara, what happened beta? Why are you crying? " Jhanvi asked while sitting beside him in his room.
"I saw Gauri Mom. " Omkara said.
"Bhagwaan ka shukar hai, why didn't you brought her home Omkara. Did you confessed your feelings to her. " Jhanvi asked.
" She is happily married and having kids mom. She moved on in her life. She hates me to the core now that she didn't even like to see me. " Omkara sobbed hitting his hand on the wall.
"Omkara, please don't hurt yourself. May be you both are not destined to be together. At least she is happy in her life. Sometimes you have to be happy seeing others happy. That's why Gauri left you alone because she wants you to be happy. And now that she is moved on and is happy in her life. You to should be happy for her Omkara. I know it will be hard for you to see her with another man but you can't change the fact that she is married and is mother of two kids. " Jhanvi said patting Om's head while he slept with his head in her lap.
"Gauri, I will have to leave to London today. There is some problem in office. " Advay said.
"But Advay, you told that you will accompany me to the wedding. " Gauri said sulking.
"Sorry Doll, If it is not important I would not be leaving. But I really have to go there. Enjoy your time with your friends and return soon. " Advay said side hugging her.
"Okay take care of yourself and Dadi, I don't want Chandni to scold me for not taking care of you. " Gauri said and Advay nodded smiling.
Later he left for airport kissing Ashish and Aditi.
