Twin Deputy Soul Reapers

Chapter 4

Dylan charged at Byakuya and for the first time that night everyone saw the look of surprise on his face. As Dylan went in for a slash but his opponent dodged the attack and drew his sword, but Dylan jumped away before he could get hit by the attack.

Akuma: Boy do this attack I'm about to tell you

Dylan listened to what Akuma had to say then got ready for his shot and he got it once Byakuya had attacked and Dylan dodged he raised Akuma above his head and attacked.

Dylan: Faiāsutoraiku!!!!

As Dylan slashed downwards fire came from his sword and attacked Byakuya, but he dodged just in time before the attack could hit him.

Tenshi: This guy is light on his feet that is for sure

Akuma: Agreed but that was very good using the fire strike Dylan

Dylan: Thank you but you explained how to do it perfectly so I didn't make a mistake

Byakuya: Are you just going to stand there and talk to your Zanpakutō's all day or are you going to fight?

Dylan: Don't even think about saying anything about my partners

Tenshi: Don't listen to him he is just trying to get to you so you'd make a mistake now listen to me I'll tell you one of my attacks

Dylan listened to Tenshi it was quite similar to Akuma's but different so Dylan raised his sword and aimed at Byakuya who was wondering what he was going to do next.

Dylan: Aisuu~ēbu!!!!

Dylan then slammed Tenshi into the ground and sent a shock-wave of ice all around him, but only hit those that he wanted it to but Byakuya dodged again.

Byakuya: That was impressive but you have to do better then that if you want to beat me

Byakuya then disappeared and reappeared behind Dylan.

Akuma: Dylan behind you!!!!

Dylan turned but he was to slow and got knocked out but the hilt of Byakuya's sword.

~Ichigo's POV~

Dylan had just been knocked out by Byakuya and he was about to hit with the blade of his sword in the head but before he could I crawled over and grabbed his leg.

Ichigo: Don't you dear hurt him I wont let you

Byakuya looked at me with a board expression then cut off my hand that was holding him he was about to kill me before Rukia came to him.

Rukia: Brother stop they can't do anything to stop you from taking me he will die and the other one will never be able to take you on without the strength he needs and wont get

I was shocked by what I was hearing but Byakuya put his sword away and grabbed Rukia by the arm and told Renji to open a gate way to the Soul Society, but before they left Rukia turned and said.

Rukia: I'm sorry Ichigo, Dylan

At that point I lost consciousness and that was the last thing I remember.

~Timeskip Dylan's POV~

I woke up in a place that I didn't recognise and once I sat up I heard a scream that came from the next room that sounded like Ichigo. So I got up and made my way towards the scream and found a man that was wearing a hat that covered his eye and hair and was wearing a clogs.

Clogs: Hello Mr. Ichigo my name is Kisuke Urahara, but you can call me Hat and Clogs

Dylan: So you were the one that saved us last night and healed Ichigo?

Hat and Clogs: That is right and good morning Mr. Dylan

Dylan: So why are we here?

Hat and Clogs: Your both here to train

That is when Hat and Clogs took both Ichigo and Dylan to a secret hatch and went down under the shop to a wide and open area.

Hat and Clogs: Wow who knew that this area was right under my shop?

Ichigo: You just want someone praise that don't you?

Hat and Clogs: Ha ha ha

Dylan: So what do we do now?

After asking that Dylan and Ichigo were pushed out of their bodies but to everyone's surprise Dylan was in his soul reaper form while Ichigo wasn't.

Redhead: How can you still be a soul reaper with that girl gone?

Dylan: I never got my powers from Rukia I unlocked them myself and watch your mouth kid or I'll take you down myself got it?

Redhead: Please you wont even lay a single hit on me

Just then Dylan disappeared and reappeared behind the boy with red hair and hit him on the top of the head.

Redhead: Ow that hurt you actually hit me

Dylan: Its less then you deserve you little brat

Hat and Clogs: Okay now that is enough well Mr. Dylan since you can transform into your soul reaper form you don't need the first two lessons but please wait till Ichigo is with you.

~Timeskip no one's POV~

Ichigo had finally reclaimed his soul reaper powers and both he and Dylan started on there third lesson by the looks of it their third lesson was to fight Hat and Clogs, but Dylan said he'd be over in another area and started to train with his partners.

Hat and Clogs: Well Mr. Ichigo shall we?

~Dylan's POV~

Mr. Hat and Clogs was training Ichigo in their "Fight" If that is what you could even call it all it really is, is Ichigo running from him and not fighting.

Akuma: Ruddy bunch aren't they?

Tenshi: Ichigo will never be able to find his partners name if he doesn't find what is holding him back

Dylan: Then what was holding me back?

Akuma: It was your hold on the past the death of your parents that was holding you back

Tenshi: But when you faced the fact their gone and held hope for the future you were then set free

Dylan: Well I think for Ichigo it would be the same fact as me but for his mother

Akuma: Why do you say that?

Dylan: You see when we were younger his mother told him what his name meant and after that he started to protect everyone but after his mothers death he continued to blame himself for it and started to protect everyone ten times harder but it is also the thing that is holding him back

Tenshi: Very wise for a kid your age Dylan

Dylan: Lets get some training done I don't want to fall behind those two we fought two days ago

So I trained with Tenshi and Akuma for a few days, but what neither of us knew was that three others were training for the same reason as we were.
