CHAPTER 2

JENNIE

After finishing breakfast I made my way to where my key for my car was. I put on my shoes and once again had to decline my mom's offer in driving me to school.

"Are you sure you don't want me to drive you to school, Jennie?" Mom asked full of hope but I shut down her offer again.

"No mom, it's okay. I already let you drive me to school last week right? It's okay, I can drive myself to school today. Thanks, mom, bye. I love you!" I said as I kissed her on her cheeks.

"Okay sweetie, if you say so. Take care. I love you too" She said while watching me walk to my car.

I waved at her before driving off to school.

When I got to school the first thing I saw was a familiar car. I parked my car about 3 cars away from it as I wondered why on earth was my boyfriend's car already here when he told me he still had to run some errands before school that's why he couldn't pick me up.

I turned off the engine of my car and walked to the direction of my boyfriend's car to see if he's still there 'cause normally he would stay there for a while talking to his friends after he walks me inside the school to catch up with Jichu and Chaeyoung.

As I was walking closer and closer to his car my heart was beating faster with every step I took for an unknown reason. But nevertheless, I was still feeling happy and giddy inside 'cause it's actually been a while since I last saw Kai 'cause he said he has to study for an important quiz. While I was thinking about how to treat my boyfriend for putting so much effort in studies, I stood there completely frozen to what I saw.
 
Shock and anger coursing through my veins as I watched what the guy who I was deeply, madly in love with was doing right now. He was pinning a girl at the driver's side of the car and making out passionately with her.

I was contemplating if whether I should break down right there and then or if I should show my stronger side.

And fortunately, I choose to follow the still sane part of me and not show how I was breaking into a million pieces right now. I walked up to them and the bitch I used to love didn't even notice my presence as he was busy knocking the air out of the girl's lungs in front of him. I got the courage to slap him really hard on his cheek and that got his full attention.
One minute he was looking so angry at me for ruining their moment and once he realized it was me his eyes widened with shock and panic.

"B-babe!" He stuttered while trying to grab my hands.

"Don't you fucking dare call me 'babe' you cheater!" I screamed at him while getting my hands away from him.

"Jennie, let me explain!" He said in a pleading voice. I just scoff at his words.

"Explain what Jongin??? That you we're seeing this bitch right here" I said pointing to the girl "While you we're in a relationship with me?! You wanna explain that, fucking cheater?!" I said almost screaming.

"N-no Jennie! It's not what you think!" He said grabbing my hands.

"Do you think I'm dumb?!"
I said while taking my hands away from his.

"I said, don't fucking touch me!" I said as I slapped him once again. "We are done Jongin! Have fun with your new bitch!" I said while walking away as fast as I can and never once looked back.

Once I was inside the school building and made sure no one was looking, I rushed to the girl's bathroom and entered a cubicle and cried my heart out.
