Pirate King

Chapter 7

After we finished practice we all went up to the dorms. We decided to hang out. Although I felt like I was sweaty and gross and was too embarrassed because of it.

Everyone was sitting either on the ground or on the couches chatting with each other.

"Okay guys. I'm gonna go take a quick shower." I let them know before walking off. I hear their 'okays' behind me.

Once I get into the shower. My body itself felt a lot more relaxed but my mind was just rolling. I didn't know whether to focus on the Pirate King thing or on the San thing. In the end I decided to focus on the Pirate King thing.

And just to my surprise once I got out of the shower there was another note waiting for me. "This can't be a person. No one came in." I didn't hear the door open and it's locked. I double check the door and yep. Still locked. "This means I am going crazy."

I pick up the note either way. Still plain. I read what it says. "Will you be my Pirate King?" At this point I wasn't shocked by the weird words or notes. Now I was just trying to figure it out. Why was my mind imagining these things?

"Will I be your Pirate King?" I think about it for a second. Not sure whether I'm supposed to answer or just ponder on it.

Pirate King sounds amazing. Sounds like you would be in charge of everything, but I wouldn't, since this person or thing is asking me. They must be in charge. Maybe their like.. a captain? And the Pirate King is just their co captain?

Even then that sounds so cool. I wanted to just say yes, but I was worried. I don't know what's to come from this, but if I'm imagining it. Then nothing right? It's not real.

"Yes?" I say quietly. Once the word comes out of my mouth I hear a sort of high pitched chuckle. I start to freak out and I throw the note away before running out towards my room.

Once in my room I change quickly and head with the other boys. Still in their spots chatting.

I felt myself calm down, knowing that they were here. They were talking about new songs to cover. I walk over to the couches and look at every member but I stop when I see San and Yeosang.

Yeosang was comfortably snuggled in San's arm. I admit it. I did feel jealous. I was mad. How could he just get over it that quick. And with Yeosang?! Out of all the members. He chose Yeosang?!

San see's me staring at them and gives me a bro nod. "Hey Wooyoung. How was your shower?" OncE Yeosang heads my name he quickly gets out of San's arms.

"Wooyoung!" He smiles. "Cmon sit." He moves over so I can sit in between San and him.

I ignore him and sit on the other couch next to Mingi. "My shower was fine thanks." I say blandly.

"Oh. Okay. I'm glad" San says, scooting back towards Yeosang. He puts his arm around him.

I don't look at them but I can see Yeosang in the corner of my eye looking at me.

"Hey Yunho! You know what song we should cover?" I say. I couldn't control the words coming out of my mouth anymore.

"Which one?" He says focusing on me.

"Troublemaker. I'll be Hyuna you be Hyun-seung"

I can feel San's glare burning through my head and see it burning through Yunho's. But I swear I didn't mean to say that. I really couldn't control my words.

"What? If you're comfortable with that, then heck yeah! Let's do it!"

"What?" I hear Mingi start laughing beside me. "You're gonna cover a feminine dance?"

"Yeah? What's wrong about it? It's called breaking barriers." Now I could control my words. Thank gosh.

"You wanna break barriers?" Mingi stops laughing.

"That's a first." I hear San say before he gets up. "I needa pee."
