9~Gauri's Helplessness

Omkara was about to go but Gauri appeared in front of him. 'Don't go, what if he kills you too? What will happen of Geeta?' Gauri asked worriedly. 'He won't,' Omkara replied and she watched as he took a jar of glass. 'Possess this glass as you can't come out in sunlight,' he said and she possessed it. He went taking the jar with him in the car and kept in on a place from where it couldn't fall and break. He drove off to Shlok's house. He passed some houses taking some turns and finally reached his house successfully.

'Umm, Gauri, please come out,' he said and she appeared on the passenger seat. 'Are you going to accompany me inside?' he asked. 'Of course, why not? I can't let anything happen to you, you're Geeta's father,' she said and again possessed the jar. He took the jar shielding it from sunlight and went towards the front door and rung the doorbell. Shlok answered the door. 'Omkara, my brother you came, come inside,' he said and Omkara immediately came inside rolling his eyes and they settled on the couch. He set the jar aside and sighed folding his arms smirkingly.

'So speak up dumbo, how you remembered me all of a sudden?' Omkara asked. 'Gauri came last night, she scared me and after that she scared Ishana too, now I think she wants to kill us, help us make her rest in peace,' Shlok said and Omkara repressed his laughter. 'Look bro, I will take you to the best psychiatrist, don't worry. He will make you normal, fit and fine,' Omkara told him and handed him a business card. Shlok shook his head and kept the card aside. 'Om you aren't understanding, I m not lying, please believe me bro.'

'I was an idiot to believe your fake story of Gauri's accidental death, you know what bloody idiot? Gauri is alive. A-l-i-v-e alive,' Omkara told him. 'Wait, how can she be alive? She died, I myself killed her,' Shlok said blurting out the truth. Omkara got angry and stood up and throttled him. 'What did you say? You killed her? Why? What the hell did she do to you? She was someone's mother, did you think of that little girl if not Gauri? Geeta, vo to ek chhoti si masoom si bachi hai na? What's her fault?'

'Om I repent for my mistake, please forgive me, sorry,' Shlok begged and he slapped him hard. 'No no, sorry my foot, you will rot in hell, now speak up idiot, how you killed her? What did you do to her?' Omkara asked totally enraged and Gauri came out of the jar making herself visible to Shlok. 'Omkara, Gauri, she's behind you, she will kill me, stop her, if you tell her to stop, she will stop,' Shlok said totally scared. 'Gauri can't come here baby, you're living in a denial, she isn't here,' Omkara said proving him unstable.

'She's there,' he said trying to convince Omkara. 'She's not, but she can come if you keep lying, tell me how you killed her?' Omkara asked. Shlok looked at him and then at Gauri fearfully.

Flashback:

Doorbell rung and Gauri went to answer the door and on seeing Shlok, she got angry and was about to close the door but he pushed open it and moved towards her which made her move backwards. 'Shlok move back, don't you dare, I will kill you Shlok, just get lost,' she warned him moving backwards and fell on the floor. 'Uh oh Gauri you're taking me wrong, I just came to meet you,' Shlok said helping her up but she moved his hand and stood up running upstairs.

'Shlok go, just go!' she shouted running to her room with him following her, as they reached the room, she was about to close the door but he pushed open it again and she started throwing pillows on him and he came to her to stop her and held her. 'Shlok leave me!' she shouted pushing him and he pinned her to the wall and was extremely close to her. She pushed him and ran.

'Maa! Maa!' Gauri called out for Pinky but Shlok came from behind and palmed her mouth. She got out of his grip and was running but suddenly she felt as if something pierced her neck, she turned back and saw an injection in Shlok's hand, she fell on the floor getting paralyzed, he knelt beside her. 'You know what Gauri? The drug I have injected inside you have paralyzed you, in its affect, you can't speak, you can't move but can feel and see everything, you started a fight with wrong person, your death will be a murder but I will make it look like an accident.'

He smiled at her. 'Oh and do you know, this drug can't be even traced in autopsy, it dissolves in one's blood like magic, no one will know how you actually died, only I will know,' he said and suddenly grasped her neck by both his hands strangling her to death, she started to lose her breathe, a tear fell from her eyes as he killed her making her die a painful death. Her eyes rolled as everything blacked out in from of her, she remembered the lovely moments of her life sadly.

He picked her in his arms and took her out of the room. Pinky came there just then and was shocked to see Gauri in his arms, even then she got worried seeing her not in her senses. 'What has happened to her?' Pinky asked and just then he pushed her and she collided with the railing. He injected her as well and within seconds she collapsed on the floor with her eyes open getting paralyzed. 'You know what aunty jee? This drug's affect will be gone at the time when it will be too late, means after twenty four hours, ha ha ha!' He said and kept Gauri near the staircase and pushed her down the stairs to show her death as an accident. Pinky saw this and went in deep shock. Shlok went after doing his work.
