Okay, so you're interested huh? Before wowing us with your gobsmack-ing writing masterpieces Let's go through the rules and process of submission for the contest. Now I know our excitement takes over us and we tend NOT to read the rules but please do because I am afraid that we would have to disqualify those who don't abide by the following rules and steps. Where there is leniency there is a set standard of strict order, which you are supposed to follow (Ahh, fancy use of English language *wipes a tear* ;))

PLEASE ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING:
1) Don't be rude or use offensive language for other participants Now let's get real, contumelious behavior towards participants, in a competition, is utterly UNACCEPTABLE. Please be amiable, kind-hearted, lovable people. Remember, it's a friendly competition and we don't want to disqualify someone for displaying signs of offensive behavior. I am pretty sure that being kind to others is not a sin. :)
2) Support and love your fellow writers/poet Oh surely do we love to discover the hidden gems of talent hidden within oneself. Most of all, we do love encouraging writers who motivate their fellows by sharing their love and support. Like sis/bro, I love you for the GEM personality you own. Talent+Kindness= A One whole human. (trust me, it is the heart and the thought which matters at the end.) You guys are AMAZING!!
3) No bribing the judges Okay, we all wanna win here but we are going to win honestly. No bribing the judges with candy or marshmallows. Ugh, hate both of them *moans while chewing a marshmallow*. Yeah so you can't fool me ;)
4) No copying or plagiarism We love originality with honesty and I don't think I have to emphasize on this. But honey, plagiarism shouldn't be in our dictionary, now should it? Plus, the judges are not judges, they are hawks so yeah, keep an eye on them.
5) Follow prompt rules Well, there may be times when we restrict you from certain things and we probably may have a rational explanation behind that particular prompt. This will only increase your chances of getting the jackpot.
6) Fill forms properly Please, please,please... fill forms properly. I can't stress on this part enough.
9) Always meet the deadline Now, I know at times life gets a hard grip on us. If you are an active person, who loves taking part in contests but for once he/ she can't. Take a look at the deadline, breathe, chill. There is always a second chance. Though at this stage, we are not sure about the deadline (for week 1), as this the first year of this contest.
10) No mature content Now we are innocent, little unicorns and reading sexual stuff may make us feel a bit uncomfortable. So let's not add that in and make sure it's PG. Any entry with R rated sexual content will be disqualified.
We will soon start with the prompts and other stuff,when we have enough people interested in this contest. Hope you have READ the rules!! :)
