wait for me

Chapter 4

It has been a week since I have seen Jason. I don't know how I feel about what happened or how I wanna go about it. It all happened so fast. I hardly even know him and what happened I can't stop thinking about it. I don't think that he meant for it to happen. we were in the moment and she walked in and... Oh my.

7 days prior...

"Your welcome." I look back at him and we stare into each other's eyes and he starts to lean into me. He stops about a fourth an inch away from me and pulls away from me. I look at him with a confused face when Talia rushes into the room. 

"What the heck is going on in here? You text me saying that you need to talk to me and I find you in here with this tramp. I don't know what is going on but tramp you need to leave now." She looks at me and looks at Jason. I stand up so fast that the room starts to spin I run out of the room and leave. I can't believe that I almost kissed a guy I didn't even know. 

I pull into my driveway and tears start streaming out of my eyes. My mom comes outside mad as hell.

"Where the hell have you been? Are you crying because you got caught? HAHA, what a wimp." I put my car in reverse and roll my windows back up and leave watching my mother try to yell and chase me down the road and miserably fail. I drive to the hospital to see Angela my best friend who is 26 and has breast cancer stage 3. I run to the front desk and ask if she is busy at the moment and they say that she will be done in about an hour and a half. 

"Ok well, I will come back." as I start to turn around I hear...

"ELIZABETH WAIT UP!!" when the person finally gets to me I see that it is Alex and he is walking. 

"Hey, you are walking what do you know? I am so happy for you." I wipe the tears out of my eyes an give him a happy smile.

"Are you ok? Have you been crying? I swear when I..."

"Alex I am fine, it is nothing I promise. Even if I thought it was a big deal you don't wanna know why." I look at him and he is not buying what I am selling."It is all good I promise. Where is your mom?" I look around for her and I don't see her. 

"She had to go on a work thing so she called the hospital and had her fax over her signature to let me go. Jason was supposed to be my ride but Talia came and ruined something that he was doing...." he looked at me and then saw that I was almost in tears again "Oh my gosh. Talia found out that Jason was with you. What happened? Are you ok?" he stopped me and looked at me in the eyes. 

"Yeah, I am ok. things were getting a little out of hand and she showed up calming that he texted her saying that he needed to talk to her. Um, she called me names that I have been called a hundred times by my mother I don't really know why it bothered me so much." I tell him looking down at the floor. I was lost in my thoughts when arms were being wrapped around me. I hug Alex back. "so you wanna lift home?" he laughed a little and I drove him home. On the way there I learned that he was gay. who would have thought?

hey sorry that the chapter was so short. I have had a lot on my plate and I wrote this at 12:21 on the morning of  May 29th, 2019. who would have thought? well, good night. I guess.
