You guessed it, the short boy himself, the one who gets mad when someone makes fun of his height. He is about 4'11, put him beside Ciel and he will be somewhat near just pass Ciel's shoulder. Yeah he is from Fullmetal alchemist and he is also in Fullmetal alchemist brotherhood.
