*Alie's Pov* "Come on Nabu. Magic!" I yelled as I ran to my balcony and Magic, my magic flying carpet, flew to my balcony and Nabu, my monkey/best friend/sidekick, jumped on my shoulder. Nabu👇🏻

(Yes that is Abu from the live action movie. Don't judge me and her parents look like the live action movie version of Aladdin and Princess Jasmine). I jumped over the railing and landed on Magic then we rode throughout my home, Agrabah, where my mother is the Sultan of Agrabah named Jasmine and my father is a former thief named Aladdin. "Steal" Nabu said to me and I looked at him. "Not to today Nabu. We go back to school tomorrow so Mama and Baba expect us to be ready for tomorrow" I said and he pouted. "I'm sorry Nabu but we can't" I said and we kept flying. We arrived at Baba's old home and we got down as Magic rolled up and leaned against the wall. "I wish I could be who I want to be and not a princess. I don't wear dresses and I don't wear a lot of makeup and I want to cut my hair but Mama and Baba won't let me" I said with a sigh and Nabu jumped off my back and to the pillow to lay down and most likely sleep but I looked at him. "We can't sleep here tonight Nabu. Come on, let's go home" I said and Magic unrolled and went to the ledge and I got on then Nabu jumped on my back. We flew back home and I jumped down on my balcony and Magic flew in and rolled up against the wall. I walked to the dining room with Nabu on my back and I entered to see Mama, Baba, my older sister Jazlyn, and my older brother Ali eating. I'm the youngest child and we are all a year apart. Ali is 18, Jazlyn is 17 and I'm 16. I sat down and Nabu jumped over to Blaise (Jazlyn's pet tiger) and ate from his bowl. "How was you day Alie?" Mama asked me. "It was ok" I said and she nodded. "Did you have a nice flight?" Baba asked me and I nodded. "How come Alie gets a magic carpet?" Jazlyn complains. "Because you complain to much" I said in a simple state of matter. "That's not true" Mama said. "Sure it's not" I said sarcastically. "And what are you wearing. That is not princess material" Jazzy, which is her nickname, said to me in a disgusted tone. "Who cares what I wear? I'm not gonna have the crown anytime soon" I said and she glared at me. "You have to act like a princess" she said. "And you have to act like your not Mama" I shot back and she gasped. "Girls enough" Mama said in a serious tone. "Can I be excused?" I asked and both Baba and Mama nodded. I took my plate with me and grabbed Nabu's bowl and he jumped on my shoulder. We went to my room and I went to my small table and set the bowl and plate down. Nabu jumped on the table and kept eating. "Jazlyn needs to mind her own business and leave me alone. She's not Mama" I said to Nabu. "Wants what's best for you" he said and I looked at him. "Who's side are you on?" I asked him. "Yours" he simply stated and I pet his head with my finger and he leaned into my touch. "Thanks for being there for me" I said. "You're welcome Lee" he said and we finished our food and then I got in my pjs and laid down and Nabu followed me. He laid on the other pillow and I feel asleep.
