Let's start, shall we?

  "I'm so tired of you! Get lost right now!" she yelled, furiously.

  That night was so unforgettable - betrayal, heartbroken and such. Why did things like that happened to a girl, like her?

  "Let me explain..." the blonde guy in blue shirt tried to calm her down, but only earned a slap on his face.

  As tears rolled down her cheek, she left a word and ran away. "Don't wanna go? I'll go."

  Running down the streets even though it was raining cats and dogs, like how those anime characters always do, it's just useless.

  Ruby ran away from him, away from the city, away from the problems that she was so tired to deal with.

  No one knows what brought her to the seaside.

  Wiping off the tears, Ruby admired the beautiful night views of the beach. She remembered that Alucard brought her here on their first date.

  "Wait, why am I thinking of him again. " she slapped herself, trying to get him off her head, and that was when she heard someone crying.

  She was clear that it was midnight that time.

  Although she was shivering with fear, curiosity wanted her to find out who was crying, which lead her to a girl figure who seemed to be... staying at the sea? Not coming ashore.

  "Something must be wrong with her..." Ruby walked towards the girl nearer and nearer, until the figure turned her head, which earned a gasp from Ruby.

  "W-who are you?!" The girl shouted in surprise.

  Ruby saw a tail, a mermaid tail from the girl's body.

  The girl had a blonde, curly hair, emerald green shiny eyes, violet coloured fish tail with no legs at all, sexy body- wait what.

  "M-monster! " Ruby screamed in fear as she stepped backwards.

  "How dare you?! I'm not a monster you fool!" The girl blushed in embarrassment and gripped Ruby's wrist, forcefully pulling her to the sea with her.

  The girl pinched Ruby's cheek, "look closely, have you ever seen such a beautiful monster- I mean, mermaid?!"

  Ruby struggled, "ain't that monster?"

  "I'm really gonna kill you." the mermaid girl was planning to drown poor Ruby.

  Ruby puzzled. Curiosity would really kill a cat. Being killed by a monster? She finally knew how would it feels like, after killing tons of monsters, with Alu- wait not that bastard again.
