The class ended , all the students went out , suddenly someone pulled Alex's hand and took her to the side
Alex : what the heck Daniel
Dani : hushhh and answer my question , you have a problem with me ?
Alex : ( after thinking for a while ) yes I have
Dani : but why I was so excited to do the project with you
Alex : you were excited .....
Dani : yeah I mean (shutters)  you're  really good at this subject and I thought you could do it on your own and then I'll get more time for my practice
Alex : ooh really , then you are so very wrong I'm not doing it on my own you'll do it with me .
Dani : but .... Ugh okay
Alex : *eyerolls *
Dani : my place or yours ??
Alex : mine cause I don't wanna come at yours
Dani : okay I'll be there by 7pm
Alex : yeah whatever
Dani : bye , see you tonight
Alex walks away .
**  School's over **
Alex , Amanda and grace are walking back from school , Alex noticed Grace was upset
Alex : supp Grace why are you so gloomy
Grace : nah nothing
Am : come on tell us
Grace : the assignment
Alex : you still upset that you weren't paired up with that idiot
Grace : don't call him an idiot
Alex : and why do you care
Grace : you'll understand when you'll fall in love * dreamily *
Alex : love is not my cup of tea unless
Am : unless ??
Alex : unless it's Louis Tomlinson 😍.
Am : yes even Harry
Grace : grow up guys we are in highschool
Alex : sorry I don't wanna grow up and get into these things bye
Am : bye see you both tomorrow
Grace : yeah bye
All the 3 left for their home but on the way Amanda started thinking about that boy again and her stomach twisted
*** Skip to some time ***
Alex was sitting comfortably on her couch watching Friends and eating pizza ( having the time of her life ) when the door bell rang and she got annoyed and went to open the door
Alex : you ?
Dani : yeah , we planned
Alex : well you planned
Dani : yes anyways , don't invite people inside
Alex : yeah whatever come in
** Meanwhile at Amanda's place **
Nick comes and rings the bell , Amanda's mom opens the door warmly welcoming Nick in , they have been friends for quite long and it's like a 2nd home to him
Am' s mom : Amanda come down nick is here
Nick : yeah we have an assignment to do and I thought why not start it from today
Am's mom : well you are always welcome son , be comfortable
Amanda comes down taking Nick to her room
Nick : where do we start fro- ( stops midway his sentence when he saw Amanda sad ) what happened Am you seem lost ?
Am : I don't know actually
Nick : ok let's drop this idea and watch a movie instead , I'm selecting a movie and you go get something to eat
While Nick choose a movie Amanda came back with lods of snacks .
Am : what are we watching
Nick : you'll see
As the tv screen lit her Amanda's eye widen when she saw what they were watching
Am : how did you know I wanted to watch this
Nick : well I have a talent maybe * laughs *
