Swift is the future, Water Magic Alpha of Jamaa and was the keeper of the Water Gem without realizing it before the war. Her grandmother, before passing, kept the Gem in her heart necklace as a farewell gift and since she saw visions of Swift's future, knew it'd be safe while she was gone. Apparently, it greatly affected Swift's progress in her training as a Water elemental.
Swift was subtly mentioned in an ancient prophecy that her grandmother, Kira the Water Magic Alpha, has seen and written down. When she realizes how important she was, she took action and helped defeat the evil king once again with her friends.
Swift, as a jammer, is generally kind, caring and loving to people she trusts and loves. But when someone tries to insult her or any of her loved ones, she'll get snappy and furious. Her down sides are that she's very doubtful of herself and constantly underestimates how much she can do, even though her friends say otherwise.
