Prologue

Daisy loved the idea of living on a farm, one without animals that left behind their mess on the ground and didn't smell. Even though she loved cows and horses they were too much of a fuss for her to tend to. She would visit many farms and the ones she liked, in particular, were the blueberry farms where she grew up. She's worked at a cafe for a while now saving up money to buy her own place and being alone with no one else to help with the expenses of a new
apartment she had to work for it all. There is a festival in town and daisy wants to enter a baking contest, with little experience in baking she will need to find a recipe. She never planned it but; visiting the BlueberryAcres farm to buy freshly picked blueberries, and entering the contest with the help of Roy Cumberfield was the last thing she expected. Not only did she have to learn how to bake before the fair but she never thought it would mean falling for the owner of a beautiful farm with a little white house built for a family.
