Everything is turning out to be heading in the right way. Alex Is moving on and being less protective. Eliza has chosen to move on into a world of precious love, Emily has a belly full of denim and love from four friends. "T-This is so great!!" Sam says both quietly and loudly. She has yet to stop hugging Eliza and Emily, while Alex is still observing and taking it all in. Zodiac is trying to be the best that these kids need. The avain man places his nature claws onto Alex's shoulder. "C'mon man. Let's get going. You have nothing to gain here." Alex sighs, smiling brighter. "You're right old man." He said reluctantly. He shakes off the bird's claw as he walks to his room, typing on a phone. Zodi sighed as he walked over to the girls. He hesitated. He looked down at the three as his past had overshadowed him. Was he too quick to care for these girls as quick as he did? Was there something wrong with him? He shook the questions out and held up a fake smile and sat down with them. Sam had nothing else on her mind at this point other than playing with the feathers. They had to be silky. No! Fluffy. As she awkwardly stared at the bird, Zodi had little to no clue to what to do. Introductions had been exchanged. Needless to say, it was unfavorable by some. Sam asked the hard-hitting question, "CAN I PET YOU!" Er… Rather a demand. Zodi nodded, worried for his own safety, as Sam sprung up and triumphantly started playing with the bird's crest as much as she could. Then. Oh boy. Then it raised up and Sam's world exploded. She squealed with excitement and playfully begun petting. Zodi tried his hardest not to purr. Sam is under so many emotions. Her bucket list is complete. Eliza just sits there. Confused on what is happening. Sam realizes everything that happens. "O-Oh my goodness, sorrysorrysorrysorry! Thank you!" She says sporadically, hiding behind Eliza. Eliza clears her throat. "So… Dinner? I was gonna have pasta with Alex and his girlfriend." Emily cries like a crocodile. Eliza groans. "Plus one..." Emily cheers joyously. "I'd be nice if you came," Eliza says as Zodi snerks immaturely. Sam smiles gratefully. "Yeah! My dad tries to sneak meth into my eggs." She says giggling. "oh yeah don't worry I can order out with the vast paycheck I get." Zodiac says sarcastically. "Don't worry. I'll be close, and I'll watch Emily."
Emily claps enthusiastically. Everyone gets up and stroll to "Diablo de Vineyard", Eliza, ecstatic to eat, Sam, ecstatic to be with the people she enjoys and the person she loves. Alex looks around like a lost child, surprised by the place. There they meet Michie, Alex's love interest. Her style was intriguing, like a singer from the late seventies. Pampered, well dressed, pearls around her neck, beautiful gems, and jewels, along with decorative feathers. Zodi eyeballs them. "Sorry! How long have you been waiting?" Alex asks hoping he wasn't in trouble. Michie crosses her arms as she looks at him. “Darling shouldn't keep me waiting’.” She says sassily as the two embraced. Everyone talks to one another, those who haven't met her, start sharing introductions with her Michie. "Nice feathers. I got a few just like that at home." Zodiac says sourly. Michie tenses up as she hears that, but her muscle memory gets to her. “Sorry suga’ it ain’t nothin’ but a gift~” Her accent was strong. My best guess when she died? No year prior than 1940, to be cliche. Alex stares down Alex as Zodi rolls his eyes. Eliza breaks the ice, “Let’s get our table!” Everyone relaxes a bit and all agree. Zodi picks up Emily. As everyone, but the two oddballs, are seated at their tables. Zodi and Emily are seated two tables away from the four happy kids. But before food can be enjoyed the roads turn favorable for the worse as two men approach Sam. “Hey, darling. You work for tips or free?” Everyone bats an eye on the strangers, Sam nervous. “N-No!” She says quickly. One of the strangers put a hand on Sam’s shoulder as Alex stands up quickly, his chair falling back. Then things went south.
