Matilda's POV

I was walking towards Starks Pond to relax and call down a little. Cartman was being an even bigger ass today then he usually is.

I walked down the dirt path passing by the countless trees and bushes until I reached an old wooden bench. I sat down and looked out at the pond. I could see a boat in the middle of it but I thought nothing of it.

Until the boat reached the edge of the pond and a certain group stepped out of it. It was Clyde, Token, my crush Tweek and... Craig. I hate that boys guts. We used to be best friends but after the Creek incident in Elementary School, I hated him. He knew I had a crush on Tweek yet he took him away from me anyways.

I looked down at my phone hoping they wouldn't notice me. Of course, lady luck hates me so that didn't happen "Hey Matilda! I haven't seen you in a week now! How are you?" Clyde's cheery voice called out snapping me out of my daze "Oh, hey Clyde. I've been better, how are you?" He shrugged and smiled. I greeted Token and Tweek -Which I managed without blushing- and then glared at Craig.

"Tucker" I acknowledged "Winchester" he nodded and glared back "Well... The three of us have to go.. Tweek has to run the coffee shop, I have to get back to my shoe store and Token. He's rich" Clyde said awkwardly looking between me and Craig before they left.

I stood up from the bench and dusted off some of the snow from my black pants. I got closer to Craig and poked him in the chest "Look, buddy. Just face the facts. Tweek isn't interested in you anymore. Creek isn't going to happen again" I smiled. I wasn't a mean person. I just really really like Tweek.

And I will do anything for him to be mine. Without hurting anyone that is.

3rd Person

The two walked around in a circle staring at each other with cold eyes "Oh yeah? And what would make you think he would like you?" He asked with his monotone voice "Maybe the fact that I actually have a heart unlike you" she retorted back crossing her arms "You know what? Why not make this a competition?" He smirked. Matilda pursued her lips and nodded "Sure why not? Any rules?" She asked.

He shrugged "It's simple really. We have 1 week to convince Tweek to fall for one of us. On the last day of the week, we both confess and get him to chose who he likes more" he explained. Nodding once more she held her hand out "Let the games begin Tucker" he shook her hand "And may the best win" he smirked.

The two parted ways with their minds already at work on how to get closer to their dream boy. This will be an interesting week, won't it?

*Day 1/7 Monday*

It was the first day of the competition. The pair agreed not to tell anyone for privacy reasons.

Matilda had just finished hanging out with her friends Stan and his group at the Cinema which was near Tweek's coffee shop (When he turned 18 he got ownership of the coffee shop) smiling she bid her friend goodbye and sauntered over to the shop.

The small bell jingled as the glass door was pushed open. The scent of freshly baked goods and brewed coffee wafted around which made the atmosphere homey and comfortable to be there. She looked around for her crush only to see him and Craig sitting in a booth near the window with paper cups in hand. It must have been Tweek's break. Smiling she went to the bathroom and waited patiently for a few minutes to pass knowing his break was only about 15 minutes long.
