He coughed and I got scared. That's when I noticed I had fallen asleep on his chest, but from sleeping my head had fallen more on his stomach than on his chest.
"Are you awake...?" I asked with a small voice.
As I didn't get a reply I assumed he was still sleeping, and I actually checked if he was or not. His eyes were closed and it really felt like he was sleeping, maybe even dreaming.
I was still too sleepy to think and I went back to my initial position, I moved my head a little so my face was closer to his stomach and I kissed it.
I then put his right hand on my head, and he didn't react to it because he was sleeping, but it felt better that way.
Even sleeping you could see his brain was still not resting, and he was thinking about stuff. He was always in another world, in Mars concretely.
I put one hand on his other hand. I was really enjoying it. I really felt the need to go further but hey, "time is key". Yeah ok, Elon.
Like, I really missed him and I wanted him to wake up but he needed the sleep. I was going to wait for him, I was lucky enough to have this happening.
I kept my face on his stomach and kept sleeping until I again woke up to his movements. And to daylight. The sun was rising.
"Sleepyhead" he said with a morning voice. "It's... 9 am. Get up and let's change seats, I gotta drive"
"Why..." I said a little lost. "Why is the car parked?"
"Someone yesterday woke me up and I took the chance to park the car correctly. You didn't even wake up, I didn't need to move you or wake you up"
"You are extraordinary"
He smirked.
"Alright let's drive. I have to go home and take a shower asap. I'll take you home too"
"No, no please"
"Hm?"
"Please don't take me home I have nothing to do there..."
"Want to stay here until I'm back then?"
"Yes, that'd be a little better. Can't I just go with you...?" I decided to ask.
"Um isn't that too much? I don't let people just enter my house. It feels weird" he answered.
"I respect that. I'll stay here until you are back"
"You sure?" He smiled putting his hands on the steering wheel.
"Yeah"
"Right. When I'm back let's go eat somewhere, I didn't see you enjoying enough the food from here"
I smiled and left the car.
"Alright I'll see you soon" he said.
I approached him through the window and kissed his cheek.
He was surprised and definitely wasn't expecting that, but there was nothing feeling wrong for me.
