i know i said that i'll update often, but this past week has been so hectic. and i've been procrastinating so much, that i have an assignment due in two days and i'm only halfway through.

had to help my aunt move houses, and i went to sleep at 3 yesterday and woke up at 11. i have no idea what is wrong with my body, i've just gone two days without eating and not feeling hungry.

dad says there's something seriously wrong with me, cause i normally eat well, and i'm usually hungry at all the right times. so uh yeah.

adding to that, i have had zero motivation to update, and every time i try to edit or write a new chapter, i've been having writers block.

gReAt, am i right?

so here's a little something for y'all, tell me what you think, please. i know this is a shit chapter, and its all over the place, but its what i have and pretty much its whether i update this or don't update at all.

aaaaand @homaigudlawd ily for helping me out with the chapter, you're awesome, i love you. hope you're going okay with your assignment too cause i know you've procrastinated till the last minute and only are starting (heheh).

anyway, now that we have this huGE rant (sorry about that btw) out of the way, onward to the chapter!!!

daniel lay tangled in his sheets, his tired eyes heavy with sleep.

the sun's gentle golden rays seeped through the white curtains, drawing pictures on the tanned skin of the man who still wanted to stay asleep, away from all the problems.

the alarm annoyingly going off made him stumble out of bed, simultaneously hitting his head on the dresser in the process. a quick glance at the clock on the bedside table told him that it was friday, 7:00 a.m.

realizing that he would probably be late to work, the brunette pushed aside all thoughts of sleep and lumbered on into the bathroom, eager to finish his daily routine as fast as possible.

he wanted to get out of the house to escape the suffocating silence that hung above him like a dense cloud.

he did not want to initiate conversation with anyone today, all he wanted was a stress-free day, which was wishful thinking, he knew.
he didn't want to talk to the other person in the house, or address the elephant in the room.

he wanted just one day of obliviousness, before saturday came. before he would be forced to stay with the blonde man for twenty-four hours under the same roof.
how the hell was he going to just ignore his presence?

daniel let the water run over his back, his eyes gazing plainly at the tiled wall in front of him, his thoughts jumbled, yet put together at the same time.

he lathered a generous amount of soap on his body, smoothing it down his biceps, feeling the prominent goosebumps that lay on his skin, simultaneously shivering as a chill traveled down his spine.
