At rehearsal, Taehyung admired Kook.
The way his muscular legs moved as he practiced the choreography they had recently been given. Of course, he already had it down perfect, memorizing ever step exactly. That's because he was Jeon Jungkook: perfect in every way.
The older was caught off guard as his group member and good friend, Jimin shook his shoulder.
"Hellooo?? Tae?? You seem a little distracted today."
"Oh- I uh-" He struggled to find an excuse to his absent-mindedness. "Guess I'm just kind of tired today."
"Mhm- sure." Jimin winked at him.
Did Jimin see him staring? Was he being obvious? Maybe Jimin was just being Jimin, per usual. He felt bad that he hadn't told Jimin about his feelings towards Kook. "Hey, Tae."
"Yeah?" Tae looked up at Jungkook.
"This new Korean BBQ place opened up not too far from here. We should try it out for lunch today." Jungkook smiled.
That damn smile. He loved that smile.
"Sounds good to me!" Taehyung replied.
He wondered yet again if he was being too obvious. If his reply was too eager. But, he just ignored the thought, looking forward to their lunch together later that day.
