Y/N breathed heavily as she sat down on the ground. Feeling uncomfortable, she turned her head around to see Katsuki glaring at her with a sour look. She grinned.
"Don't give me that look, you know you love me," Y/N put her arms in front of her towards Katsuki, in a way of asking him to help her up. The blond crossed his arms and looked away, as if he didn't notice her. Y/N got annoyed at the blond, but smirked.
"Todoroki-kun, can you help me up?" The said boy walked forward to help her, but Katsuki suddenly pushed him away and growled at him.
"I got it, half n' half bastard." Y/N inwardly grinned.
"No, I want Todoroki-kun to help me," Y/N said stubbornly, turning away from the blond. Katsuki, who was irritated, wrapped his arms around Y/N's waist, picked her up, and put her on his right shoulder. A few onlookers stared, but not for long since Katsuki gave each one a heated glare.
Y/N sighed in defeat, accepting her fate, but it didn't come. In fact, she was set back down as Midnight was announcing the next event. Looking around awkwardly, Katsuki put his arm around her shoulder, keeping her from walking away. Y/N's face heated up, but she refused to let her feelings get in the way.
"The top 42 from this qualifying round will move on!! But for those who placed lower, don't worry! We've got another way for you to show your stuff!! And now the main selection really begins!
Now, onto the second event!! I know what it is, of course. Dying in suspense?! Next up is...This!!" Everyone started making assumptions about it, ending up correct, but Midnight shut them up, and explained it anyway.
"Our first place worth is...TEN MILLION POINTS!" Y/N paled as she heard those words. She started muttering to herself as other contestants stared at her and Katsuki.
"Why did I beat the others? I should've just let the boys get the points! I am so dead." Katsuki grunted, gaining Y/N's attention.
"Sorry pipsqueak, but I don't know if we can be on the same team." Y/N's heart dropped for a second.
"W-Why not?"
"Because, I want a challenge and the only person here who is worth a challenge is you, so I wanna go against you," Katsuki looked away in embarrassment, while Y/N's heart lifted and she stared at him in amazement.
"You think of me as an equal?" She asked. Katsuki nodded, earning a hug from Y/N. She let go five seconds later, but wanted to stay hugging him.
"I'll beat you~," Y/N sang, walking away to her sisters, who welcomed her with open arms and teased her.
A while later...
"You know the plan now? Do I need to say it again for the 14th time?" Sakura asked, exasperated. Everyone shook their heads, and got into position.
"Let's try to get to the top four," Y/N said, getting nods in return. Before she could continue, Mai had cut her off telling her to be quiet.
"Don't shush me, you-" Y/N was cut off when Mic had said 'START'. The Akiyama sisters were targeted right then and there.
"Suka," Angel whispered, but the blue-haired already knew what to. Quickly, the rest of the sisters held on to each other before Suka teleported them away from the crowd of students.
"Let's try to avoid anyone, but if we dodge them, I'll get the headbands."
The sisters managed to dodge anyone in their path, and got their headbands too.
Y/N felt a presence, so she turned and saw a familiar blond aiming his arm towards her.
"Mai!"
"Hai!" Reacting quickly, she activated crystals from the ground in front of Katsuki and forced them up to block him from Y/N. Feeling giddy all of a sudden, she stuck her tongue out at Katsuki in a playful manner. Growling, the blond reached out to her but she backed away and the sisters ran, dodging all the arms coming at them.
Twenty seconds.
Now both Todoroki and Izuku seemed to be coming at them. Y/N frowned then smirked.
"Teaming with other teams is not allowed, boys~," Y/N's voice made the males shiver, but that did not stop them from going at her. Y/N made a hand gesture, signaling them to give her a try.
"Come at me with all you've gone."
Fifteen seconds.
Once the two teams had gotten closer, Suka teleported them, but they had teleported right next to the hothead himself. He swiftly took one of the many head bands off her neck.
He cackled and looked at the sisters, but saw no shock in their faces. In fact, they were smirking. Quickly looking at the headband, Katsuki found out that it was only a 100 point headband.
10 seconds.
Now it was pretty much the strongest in Class 1-A going after the sisters. But they stood still, knowing what they could do.
9 seconds.
"Is it time yet?"
"No. Wait a little bit more."
8 seconds.
As the guys came closer and closer, the sisters started getting in position. Y/N put her feet on Suka's shoulders, with Suka blocking her so no one else could see what she was doing.
7 seconds.
6 seconds.
5 seconds.
"GIVE ME THAT HEADBAND!"
4 seconds.
3 seconds.
"Now!" Y/N jumped off of Suka's shoulders and went high in the air where no one could get her. Through the corner of her eyes, she could see Tokoyami's Dark Shadow coming at her. Her instincts came on, and she put her hands out in front of her, towards Dark Shadow. Her hands emitted a bright light which caused Dark Shadow to cower back to Tokoyami. Todoroki went to aim his hand at Y/N and Katsuki jumped up to get her headband but it was too late.
"TIME'S UP!!!" With that, Katsuki fell flat on the ground and everyone else stopped. Y/N fell quietly on one of her sister's backs and heard a groan. The rest of the Akiyama sisters had made a pile since everyone was crowding them, trying to get Y/N. She blinked then smiled, the whole stadium in a daze for a second then cheers roared as Present Mic announced the sisters in first place.
"That was so cool! Let's do it again!"
"NO!"
