When Marcus woke up on Monday morning only for his AI, Jeremy, to inform him that everyone had left to Vienna to sign the accords, save for Steve who was in London for a funeral, he was pissed. He wasn't a kid anymore; he was an avenger now and had every right to go. He agreed with the reasoning of the accords, and would have gladly gone. Also, he didn't want to go to school today.

He was feeling extra today, and also was in the mood for a leather jacket look, so he dug through his closet until he found something that screamed 'I'm that off brand bad bitch.'

So, he got into the outfit and ate breakfast, then walked outside and greeted Happy with a hug as he got into the car

So, he got into the outfit and ate breakfast, then walked outside and greeted Happy with a hug as he got into the car. "Good morning, Sad," he grinned, "how's your day going so far? Anything exciting? Like my father being a traitor and leaving me here to rot?"

That earned a laugh from the man, who just shook his head. Happy had no excuse to tell the boy; well that's a lie. Tony left Marcus there because he wanted to make sure he wasn't absent from school, and because he knows that Marcus would find a loophole in the accords and point it out just for fun. No one had the patience for that today.

As the car pulled up to the school, he quickly gave Happy another hug and sprinted out of the car and into the school. He had about thirty minutes before class, but he needed to see Peter. No reason for it, he just felt like seeing the boy.

And that started off the day of Marcus and Peter screwing around for all six hours of school.
