We rode for about 2 miles away from home to their's, it was big, quiet, and dark since the lights are all off and nobody's inside. their specific neighbor just a meter away from them is quite terrifying, Amanda said she rarely sees them go outside, they have 2 abnormally large dogs which I hate the most.

I can hear echos whenever I talk. I just wanted to say hi to the thing I almost broke, the vase. Still good and now I have to stay away from it.

I'm alone in the living room and I don't know where Amanda is. I heard the door from upstairs close, I saw her walk down the stairs and almost slip on the last stair and I tried to hold in my laugh, but I couldn't. I froze when I heard a dog bark outside, but it sounds like its not from the neighborhood.

"You do not own a dog, do you?" I asked with wide eyes, she stared at me before she opened her mouth to talk.

"I actually do and its sniffing you behind." I panicked and ran behind her, she laughed at me, I look everywhere there was no dog at all, she's just making fun of me.

"god you're such an idiot ali, who would leave a dog alone here?" Realization hit me, how did i not think about that, stupid Alissa.

"Right." I fixed my hair that got messy by running from fear for million miles. "So are we going home now?" I ask, She nodded and we went back to my house or my mom's house I should say.

"About your parents, when are they going home?" I broke the silence.

"the day after new year," she said "we need something"

"What?" I asked. She turned her phone on and unlocked it.

"Music." she smirks at me and and I laughed.

"1D!" we both scream in exhilaration.

"What should we play?" She asked. There's too many options depending on my mood. But i'm on the bright side today.

"I don't know just have it on shuffle." I replied. We waited for it to play and the song started. End of the day. Which is one of my favorite.

"I told her that I loved her was not sure if she heard the roof was pretty windy and she didn't say a word party died downstairs got nothing left to do. Just me, her, and the moon" we continued and sang in sync, I love these kind of moments. Just singing your favorite songs from your favorite band with your annoying best friend. We couldn't contain it and after another song we would dance to the beat, I'll never get tired of their songs, ever.

I get so ecstatic every time I listen to their songs. How i wish it would be like this all the time.

New Year

Its new year's eve, and there seems to be so many people gathering outside setting up their fireworks to light it up as soon as 12 o'clock hits. For the past few days, Amanda and I were just having our usual girls day and been blasting music once when mom was away buying groceries. I don't know if I should be excited for new year or the upcoming concert by the end of this month and i'm not ready.

"Look ali! They have firecrackers!" she pointed to the teenagers who has handful of them.

"But aren't those illegal?" I asked out of curiosity and raised one eyebrow.
